They got our order completely wrong. I ordered a 10 piece Mcnugget and got a chicken big mac. My wife ordered crispy chicken deluxe and received a plain chicken sandwich.

I was at a two hour football game and put nowhere that they closed the lobby and was dissatisfied and disappointed because they said no drive through so we had to go to the gas station to get food. The staff was rude and all adults on staff at the time clearly without receiving their high school diploma and are salty still about that, since they said you can do curbside orders yet we couldn’t. They were lazy workers and overall disrespectful. Do better, especially as they were adults disappointing because the bus full of hangry teenagers are more respectful than the staff.

My food had mold in it and i found spider eggs on the chicken in my sandwich. This was the most outlandish experience i’ve ever had. The whole restaurant smelled like a dead person was rotting inside. As I was ordering I witnessed the workers dandruff falling onto the counter as well as on top of my food. When I confronted him he said and I quote “It’s just some extra seasoning.” EXUSE ME?! I proceeded to tell him that he was disgusting, but then he tried to force me to eat the food. When i refused he started yelling and then crying on the floor like baby. He ended up laying the food in a circle on the floor where he began to pray and worship the dandruff covered food. This was my final straw so I began to leave. And I was leaving the janitor stopped me and asked if I had any food to share, when I said no he said can I just eat you then. I was appalled so I got in my car and drove into a tree.

They would not let us in to get food and we are a whole cheer team on a bus and we asked if we could walk through the drive-thru because the bus will not fit. Curbside pickup and it didn't work. They made a cheer team and students hangry on a 2 and half hour bus ride.😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎

on our way back from a game we got out of the buss and the lobby was closed!! it was only 10pm! then they said to do curbside so we opened the app and when we went to check out it wasn't working because they closed curbside at 8:59! They sucked!! horrible communication!! don't recommend!! 18 highschooler were very upset!!
