Best customer service I think I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The cashier girl was nice, gave me a free McFlurry due to a mix up and also thanked me for my service. Food was quick, fries were fresh, and when I asked for a refill for the road I got a cup size larger back from the manager. Small things, made my day, thank you

I bought breakfast here. 2 burritos and an egg McMuffin. These jokers WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR WATER!!

The place was no different than any other McDonald's you go to nowadays. They all look the same. Sterile from the outside I'm barely anywhere to sit on the inside because everywhere you look is filled up with TV screens either showing McDonald's advertisements or screens they prefer you order from instead of talking to an actual human being.

The line was too long on the outside so we just went inside for a cup of coffee and my grandmother didn't know how to use to touch screen so we tried to speak to a person but they were so preoccupied with playing on their phone and gabbing with their friend we actually had to get their attention to service. When they came to the counter to take our order the acted like we were bothering them in the entire event was what I typically expect from McDonald's. My grandma likes her small coffee black so of course hers came with lots of cream and sugar and I prefer my large coffee with cream and sugar and of course mine had only cream in it no sugar.

What's the lastly I'll just say I got exactly what I expected rude distracted him please and mixed up orders that they didn't get it right and I wasn't even worth bringing to their attention.

Staff seemed very lazy. Was supposed to bring our food out to us but put it in a window without saying our order number. Muffins were burnt and bacon way under cooked.

I understand that it's not this particular locations fault, but I disagree that they charge me add mayo after removing ketchup and mustard. Burger King allows you to modify free of charge (to an extent).

I mean yeah it’s McDonald’s and you get what you get but this was by far the worst one. I waited 20 mins in the building for a mobile order that was placed 15 mins before I got there. When I got there, they were at a 45 min wait and not telling anyone. I ordered for my family of 7. 5 of which are kids. I ordered 8 burgers and 2 only should have come with everything on it. 6 were supposed to be with only ketchup becuse it was for my children but they all had onions a mustard on them becuse they don’t give a crap! The fries were half filled and cold and hard. The worst part is, I see this is the majority of the reviews. You'd think they’d get a better staff by now!

I’ve been told and experienced the fact that the manager demands that the customers take their receipt even though they do not want it. Added junk and pieces of paper flying around my vehicle is a nuisance. How difficult is it for McDonald’s to turn and dispose of a piece of paper that I don’t want? For this reason and for the Shortsightedness of the Manager, one star is all you get.

Look at fries… pathetic. Feels like I’m at Walmart where they overweigh the meat and charge you for less…

15 + years I have taken my quadracycle to countless drive-through’s and this place is the first to deny me service. I have also worked in a few fast food joints and was told never turn down a costumer if the sensor picks up a vehicle and the intercom turns on.
