I ordered my sandwich online and it said he here at 7:55pm today and when I came here my food was not ready at all.they were not busy at all.lol I will never go back

I eat at alot of different subway shops around the state. This one is the best one I have been to in the last few years. The staff are well groomed and friendly. The veg is fresh and stocked correctly.
And they build a nice sandwich. 6 stars out of 5

Ordered online through the app. Ordered toasted doesn't seem like it was. Got a large fountain. Person that filled it added ice from bottom of cup to the top before adding the drink. Why fill it to the top with ice? Does it come from their paycheck if they don't?

Parking lot needs fixed. Lights in parking lot needs fixed been flickering at night for over a year. Prices have become outrageous for the quality. Staff was friendly hopefully the owner pays them well God knows he makes a ton of the restaurants he has. Too bad he can't afford a housekeeper for his office that is a pigsty and visible to the public.

My Subway mobile account was recently compromised, and someone drained the gift card on the account for an order in another state. I contacted Subway customer care and provided them the information they requested. After a few days, I was reimbursed the full amount. So while not a review of my local Subway specifically, I wanted to share a positive customer experience for the company.

Food is always good, but there's been a couple of times that they made mistakes on the order. But that is expected when really busy. They also have great deals going on just about every day.
