I went here twice while driving home in the last couple months. The first time the bathroom was terrible and I ordered inside but it was over a 20 min wait to get food because they helped the drive through first. Then tonight I tried again and used bathroom but didn't want to get caught in same situation so I went back to my car for the drive through. We'll then a bus load of kids came in. I was in the drive through prior to this happening. But I got told to wait because they were working through all of their orders. Slowest taco bell and always frustrating. Will not be stopping here while driving through again.

Customer service is so horrible at all these new Taco bells. No one waits on you and they expect you to use these kiosks that never work right. Waited 10 minutes before somebody acknowledged we were here! This is unacceptable. Not to mention it is so cold sitting on a steel chair . No colors anymore. Just black, grey and white Taco Bell you need to go back to the '90s when you were great! And for the love of God bring back Baja sauce. Don't they call them

Ordered food in drive thru around 11pm. I ordered 2 beef and bean burritos meaning Bean burritos with beef added and a 5-layer burrito. Noticed the screen only said 2 bean burritos. I asked to confirm that Robert had got the bean burritos with beef and he confirmed it would be with beef added.
Get to the window. Still Robert and he again confirmed I was paying for the beef and bean burritos. Drive off onto the freeway and bam. Plain bean burritos.
It’s wild how dumb or lazy employees are now a days.
7/10 would rather get actual food somewhere else. Not stopping here again.

Did an online order inside of building. After completion of order had to wait several minutes. We were the only ones in the restaurant at that time. Drive thru was not busy at all. We did get our food finally. This is the second time this has happened at the Reed City Taco Bell. Very poor with food service lack of customer care.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Just because you start a sentence with “ma’am” doesn’t mean you can say whatever you want in whatever tone you want afterward and still be considered to have good customer service. I would drive way out of my way to go to another Taco Bell versus this one that is just a few miles from my home. Nasty nasty people work there and they are super skimpy on ingredients. I pay extra for extra sauce and they still don’t give you what you pay for. It’s a night and day difference if you compare to other Taco Bell’s. I will never give you my money or business ever again. The employees don’t even deserve to get paid a dime for the work they do or should I say don’t do.
