There was no order to the seating. Multiple big tables were taken by parties of two, so we just stood around for a while. The food came in a decent amount of time, but there was little attention by the wait staff. The best item I had was the carrot cake.
Friendly staff, food was to be desired. I had a regular hamburger, was dry.

They make you feel like family.
The Hen House is a community favorite and the weekends visitors love their fabulous breakfasts. Home cooking...cant beat it.
Been going to the hen house for a few years for breakfast lunch and dinner, food is always amazing and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, always look forward to going when I get up there

Closed again till spring! Went in and two tables had people sitting. Waited quite a while for food and saw the waitress coming with food,but it was for the two tables with people. Breakfast came out and my eggs were hard not over medium, the bacon was burnt,rock hard,potatoes were dry. Couldn't figure out how they could mess up my breakfast with so few people in the restaurant. THEY ARE CLOSED MORE THAN THEY ARE OPEN!

Servers are always friendly. The quilt group will miss them this winter while they are closed. Hope you all enjoy your winter off.
