The eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast were great, the coffee was good and hot and the service was spot on. I love how much brighter the interior is with fresh paint. My only criticism is with the sausage gravy. It was very pasty and had virtually no flavor other than an overpowering floury taste.

I got biscuits and gravy, and it was the worst I've ever had.

Hey Jane Kalin and Jeff Kalin. It seems a bit disingenuous to me to post two separate reviews for the same visit for the same reasons for the same food. What are your motives ? (hint - this is very immature and childish). Did you even attempt to resolve this issue while you were unpleased in person - or do you just like to be passive aggressive ?

The restaurant is clean, bright, and nicely redone inside. Our server Cassie was super sweet and attentive. I had the chorizo breakfast bowl which was delicious! Come here for a casual and quality breakfast experience.

We’ve been twice since the new opening. The food is delicious and the kitchen specials are awesome. Barry’s can’t hold a candle to Parkview perk

Went for lunch last week. Think we should stick with bkfst menu in the future. Corned beef on Reuben was tough. Chicken Club sandwich was a BLT w/dry chicken. Skimpy fries. Got water and menu right away, but waited a long time before waitress came back for our order. She was friendly and new decor is nice.
P.S. You may want to update the Google listing for the old Parkview.

Stopped in while passing through town and had the most delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee. The food was great—but honestly, the best part was the people. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I immediately felt right at home. They made me feel like more than just a customer, and that kind of warmth is rare.

I truly wish I lived closer, because I’d be here every single day.
Highly recommend this place if you want good food, great coffee, and even better people. 💛

Our Sunday go-to! So happy the good ole Parkview is still around for us to enjoy. Same friendly staff, with an upgraded feel and menu , love it!

Yikes almighty, how bad does the real food look when they're so embarrassed by it that they use Ai images of terrible looking food...

Yesterday we stopped into Parkview Perk for breakfast/lunch. Along with fast and friendly service, my food was delicious! The new decor is lovely. It’s a refreshing change! We were greeted and seated without waiting! I’ll definitely be going back!

Great food. Best and longest running restaurant in Richland. My only gripe is WHY DO THEY NOT HAVE DINNER HOURS? It seems all independent restaurants only serve breakfast and lunch? I’m just wondering why that is?
