The white staff here, including the evening manager, is racist. I came in & went to the counter, no one said anything to me. Then I went to a kiosk. I went back to the counter and ask several times if the kiosk took cash. There were multiple staff members that heard me, but did not say anything. One of the employees, who was white, looked me dead in my eyes several times and refused to answer. Eventually, a black staff member answered me, thank God. Then the White manager under his breath “I said I could take your order but you didn’t ignored me.” I didn’t ignore him, I didn’t hear him. The black female staff member was courteous, polite, and very accommodating. The white staff was extremely racist, inconsiderate, disrespectful, rude. I will not be coming back. But obviously, I’m not the audience that they want there.

They are advertising the how to train your dragon combos but said that they didn’t have the strawberry lemonade or the ice cream that came with the combo after we ordered it and got to the window. Then why advertise it? Then the kid at the window gave me a cherry slushie and said it was a strawberry one 😭. He offered to give me something else which was cool but I wanted what I ordered. They just don’t know what they are doing.

Stay away! Placed an online order went to pick up the food and they were closed! NOW they have my 16 dollars for 3 to 5 business days before a refund! Whoever is running the place closes when they feel like it website says one thing and they lose business! Never ever order from them again! Highway Robbers!

Went in the restaurant to order the pick 3 for 7. Laughed and said we ain't offering that. The lady turned around and walked away. Maybe at least put a sign on your door stating no promotion
Kid was biting his nails and not washing hands. Lol I know the kid wasnt touching food but still Not good. And No cashiers. Not all people have CreditCards especially nowadays when inflation is f'ed.

We had to use the self service kiosk because They were very short staffed. The food was delicious. The Staff were extremely pleasant and nice. I would recommend this business to Anyone who Wants a good meal in a quick way. I hope that this helps.

Ordered a burger with only pickles and this is what was delivered. The ticket shows that it was on the ticket correctly. The manager said she couldn't find the order from 15 minutes earlier and that we to drive up there with the ticket in order to get it remade. Bad customer service. We had it delivered due to covid but she wants us to come in with the ticket. Quite disappointed.

Ordered from Door Dash close to me and they rerouted my order down to this BK which would guarantee my food would get to me cold as hell AND they dropped the items off my order that I wanted in the first place. So I immediately cancelled the order and now I'm waiting for a damn refund for this garbage.
