Went in the restaurant to order the pick 3 for 7. Laughed and said we ain't offering that. The lady turned around and walked away. Maybe at least put a sign on your door stating no promotion

Kid was biting his nails and not washing hands. Lol I know the kid wasnt touching food but still Not good. And No cashiers. Not all people have CreditCards especially nowadays when inflation is f'ed.

We had to use the self service kiosk because They were very short staffed. The food was delicious. The Staff were extremely pleasant and nice. I would recommend this business to Anyone who Wants a good meal in a quick way. I hope that this helps.

Ordered a burger with only pickles and this is what was delivered. The ticket shows that it was on the ticket correctly. The manager said she couldn't find the order from 15 minutes earlier and that we to drive up there with the ticket in order to get it remade. Bad customer service. We had it delivered due to covid but she wants us to come in with the ticket. Quite disappointed.

Ordered from Door Dash close to me and they rerouted my order down to this BK which would guarantee my food would get to me cold as hell AND they dropped the items off my order that I wanted in the first place. So I immediately cancelled the order and now I'm waiting for a damn refund for this garbage.

I get the drive-thru 100% of the time and use my app. Rarely do I ever have a bad experience at this location, but one time, I ordered breakfast on the app, and when I pulled up, I was told they were no longer serving breakfast. They said they had already changed over for lunch. First, this is a huge inconvenience when you have kids. They were upset. We didn't get what they wanted. I was advised that I would have to contact their refund process people online. It has been a few months, and I still have not heard back nor received my refund. I was there before the cut-off time, and to me, if I was able to order it and it went through, that should have been honored. I feel they changed over early at the location, and it was easier for them to turn me away than make my order. The whole experience was just awful and still dealing with it. So make sure you give yourself extra time when you make app orders the time deadline doesn't mean anything here. Terrible solution and management.

Was told I couldn't do the new special Fiery Whopper as a double. Not sure what Point of Sale system exists that won't allow employees to charge customers money for the food they want, but apparently it exists at this location. I just left and went and got food elsewhere

My boyfriend and I decided to stop and eat inside at Burger King. The dinning room is absolutely disgusting. Not a single clean table, soda counter was stinky unstocked mess, and staff did nothing to rectify the mess. Overall the food was ok and it did taste good.

It's like this. I spent $25 on two meals for bacon is so flimsy and undercooked. I had to pull it off of my burger. It's pork. If I wanted raw pork I would ask for it. If I want raw fish I'll ask for raw fish. What is the big deal about cooking the bacon? I noticed this at some locations and other locations. They do cook it. What is the issue here
