The worst chicken i have ever gotten from there! I asked if they had a new cook..... We bought 4 chicken breasts and 2 were so skinny and dark, burned they looked like wings! The other 2 looked like they could have been breasts but maybe they were from an emaciated chicken! Really not nice when i called either! Too bad too because it just takes 1 time for me to be done!
Bar-B-Q wing ding dinner is my go-to. Broasted potatoes, yummy!

A friend of mine came in from out of town. And he wanted some good chicken. I recommended Chicken Shack. Once he got to his destination to sit down and eat, he left me a message that said "That Chicken Was So Darn Good"
I ordered a large order to go from the Riverview location on Mother’s Day for a lunch with 15 people. When I got to the party I unloaded the contents of the bag the chicken was missing. I called the store was basically called a liar because she knew she packed it. I was told to get refunded through door dash which is their online ordering system. The customer service was horrendous. This did not fix my concern immediately when I have hungry people eating to eat and all my sides are getting cold. I ended having to go to KFC after placing a return with door dash that will take 3 days to resolve. Extremely poor customer service will not return.

Always had great food/experience, decided to try something different than their chicken and ordered the cod, very good.....good batter with great sides of potatoes squares & Cole slaw.....friendly employee.....
