Horrible food, who actually wants to eat a fried dark meat sandwich. No one, disguising and it was not known that’s what they cook there. I had chunks of fat that had batter fried upon it, let alone chewing thru ligaments from poor quality thigh meat. Buyer beware and oh it ruined my day because of all said grease and fat they think it’s okay to serve.

So today was our first time at the Great Lakes location and we were so excited because it was halal. We order 2 chicken sandwiches, 3 wings and catfish nuggets. So first the chicken sandwich was disgusting. It had weird flavors and the maple syrup through it off even more. The wings smelled and lacked flavor. The oil I think needed to be changed. The catfish nuggets were even more disgusting. It had no flavor and had a rubber texture. Even their homemade sauce was terrible which only consisted of mayo and ketchup. The only good thing was the coke even the fries weren't good. My son stomach was hurting. Please don't waste your time or your
money here.

Food court at Great Lakes Crossing. We ordered the Double Up and it was delicious got it extra ? it was the perfect amount of heat.

It was like a childhood dinner along the Mississippi River. Memories……
Memories! My Grandma used to use sliced bread to drain and cool the fried carfish, just like Fat Daddy does!

Food and service 1 star! You don’t give good service if you’re selling bad food. I ordered 3 piece wings meal on lunch break. The wing were soft, and greasy! The only flavor was of old, burnt grease! Honestly, I’ve had better chicken at the gas stations! If I ate that I’m sure I’d get sick that chicken wasn’t fresh at all. No way people give this place 5 stars .

I have been here a few times but after this last visit I don’t think I will ever be back.
The food prices have gone up around 30-40% in the last 6-10 months but the portions have also become 40-50% smaller. (10 tenders today are equivalent to 5-6 tenders from less then a year ago)
I understand and know food costs have gone up but to raise the prices and then lower the quality and portions sizes at the same time is a little ridiculous. It’s unfortunate because it seems this is another place that over expanded and then cared more about profits then anything else.

Got the catfish plate and my boyfriend got the tenders at the location at Great Lakes Crossing mall. Chicken was stale and tasted freezer burnt. Catfish tasted extremely swampy and off. Fries were the only good part of the meal.

I asked to try the Mac and cheese and he gave it to me and it’s in my top 10 places for Mac and cheese! It’s my favorite food and this is so good especially if they did a seafood version! It’s a must have item on my list now for every visit.

Best dang hot chicken downriver. So fresh, so flavorful! Try the double up, you can get two different levels of spice and zero in on where you want to be! Come back sauce is amazing.
