A Miscommunication that makes me refuse to order from that place again. Especially since the Manager took my order. I will not bad mouth the Company, but I will not order from this company again. Note: the driver was nice and professional. But my food was super lousy because it was not presented to me the way I ordered it. No sauce, means no sauce!!!!

What happened? Been going to this Howies most of my life and within the last year it has increasingly got worse! Every time I order on the mobile app so it is clearly wrote out what I want then I pick it up and there is always something wrong either missing something or undercooked or just a sloppy mess. this last time I bought two Italian calzones then I asked for a couple packets of mayo and they tried to charge me after I had paid with my card I figured, no problem there will be Italian dressing, I processed home and to my surprise that was not even in the box on top of both calazones being a sloppy mess and under cooked! Time to change stores and I suggest corporate finds a new manager for this one.
