I placed an order from Marco’s Pizza in Riverview through DoorDash. The DoorDash driver provided excellent service and deserves five stars. However, the food I received was incorrect. When I called Marco’s Pizza to report the issue, the person on the phone repeatedly asked if I had ordered through DoorDash. I explained that I had, but the mistake was with the food preparation, not the delivery. Instead of addressing the problem, he hung up on me. Very disappointing customer service.

Rude rude rude,,, they never delivered my food, lied about where it was n what happened,got hung up on 2 times, waited over an hour for him,,went there and he blames me.name is Nick with long nappy hair all over other delivery boxes going out the door.now I'm out time at work $50 and we have no lunch.. we usually order from there alot but they keep the rude people that they had today..we won't be back...

Ordered my medium pizza at 10:30, asked for well done and was told it would be 30 minutes. I was fine with that because well done pizza is the only way to have it. To my surprise they show up 10-11 minutes later with a floppy, undercooked so-called pizza. Someone didn’t understand the assignment. Good thing I’m used to firing up the frying pan to finish the job. SMH 👎🏻

Do not order here. Waited 15 minutes for my carry out, just for them to forget about it and have to remake my entire order, leaving me to wait another 20. Workers had no empathy or care. The whole time I heard the workers talking bad about customers and other coworkers. Eating and sitting on their phones in the kitchen. Unsanitary & unprofessional.

Terrible! I’m so upset with this place! I ordered 2 pizzas & only got one! I had delivery. I called to tell them that I only had one pizza & I ordered & paid for 2! Manager told employee to tell me I had to reorder through DoorDash because they had no drivers & pay all over again & said they’d try & credit my account! Why should a customer have to do that??? What kind of manager would do that? And what are the chances my account would be credited? Especially through DoorDash! I already paid for delivery also & I ended up having to pick up the pizza that they shorted me! I will never order from here again!! They never even compensated me for this! Also gave a tip! Sad because I am a consistent customer!

Tried to place an order online on Tuesday 8/20/25 around 9pm. Place and order for 2 pizzas using a 25% off coupon. For whatever reason, the order would not go through online. I call the store instead to place the order and told the clerk that I was attempting to use my 25% rewards online. She told me no problem she could apply it when I come in and pay. When I arrived to pick up my pizza and pay, I was charge the full amount. I reminded her of my rewards and even pulled up my account on my phone and showed her the rewards section. I was then told she couldnt apply the rewards. It was already 9:30. So I paid the full amount. Just feel like there was no attempt to solve the problem.
