seriously completely unacceptable… ordered cherry powder, they couldn’t even mix it. Tried to mix it myself, and it was already stuck and hardened to the bottom. Huge waste.

Makes me upset that prices are so high everywhere and for almost $10 a drink handing me this drink thru the drive thru with a huge gap left I’d be ashamed. What a let down to get ur drink and they couldn’t even fill it up ticks me off. I guess my service will go back to BIGGBY

New starbucks policy that you can't sit in their Cafe without ordering... I didn't know this policy and a lady rudely interrupted me while I was conducting an interview. (Whole interview lasted only 10 minutes). Didn't even wait until I was finished talking. I understand the policy, but did not like the rudeness. I'm a frequent mobile order customer and purchasing very frequently. I won't be coming back. Everyone always seems to have an attitude here and are rude. Congrats to your new policy, you lost a frequent customer.

Ordered a upside down caramel macchiato through drive thru and although the label on the cup states carml macchi there is nothing macchiato about my coffee. It is literally just a coffee with cream. 😭

Every other Starbucks will allow you to get half decaf half regular. Helping out the people with stomach issues still drink coffee. For some reason some young guy with glasses said they don't do it here

Went the other day and ordered two drinks, I get up to the drive thru window and the worker (a guy with long brown hair) hands me my drink, I said very nicely “I’m sorry but I had two drinks.” He replies with “I’ll just make them then” with a full on attitude and slammed the window shut. He then hands me my drink, I said thank you and he slammed the window shut again. It’s disrespectful and rude to treat people like that especially since I was very kind about it.

We ordered two drinks and a sandwich $19 the drinks were not made correctly we asked if she could please remake the drinks she shut the window and turned her back to us very rude and unprofessional it shows the lack of leadership at this location.
We will contact corporate in regards to this incident.

Try to order a oat milk pecan latte on the lady at the window was extremely rude just said we can't make that. A better way to approach that would have been we're out of oatmeal or whatever but she was very rude won't go back there again

This is the worst Starbucks I been too. They never have the ingredients in stock. One day no chai tea, the next no chamomile tea. Forget about ordering a medicine ball. The last three times I ordered they were out of stock of something.
