Stopped in to grab a holiday drink. I got the iced sugar cookie latte and it was really good. I pre-ordered on the app and got my drink quickly. Service was great. Definitely a good location to try.

At first I wasnāt going to say anything but itās been bothering me for a few days. Iām EXTREMELY disappointed with this stores selection of holiday cups. Iāve been collecting Starbucks cups for years now and just like everyone else I needed the bear cup. When I went to this store I seen they werenāt on display. So I asked the girl Kelsey about it kindly and she was really passive aggressive and rude and said they donāt control what Starbucks sends them which I knew that but is it a crime to ask?? Iām not blaming the workers at all but STARBUCKS DO BETTER!!! This is my favorite store to come to when Iām in the area and the people are usually nice but I was very disappointed with the cups this year.

I have been going to this location for the past five years. Likely spent thousands of dollars, because I am a regular there, but no more. I have put up with the rudeness for WAY too longā¦.I will start by saying the early morning crew is amazing, never have I ever had any issues with them. They are always so nice & accomodating. However when this one specific employee works shes always rude. Primarily she works afternoon shift so I have avoided going in the afternoon. I have no clue what I did to this girl but every single time I come through she is so rude. The only thing I can think of was about 2 years ago I came in and asked her to remake my drink. I ordered a pink drink with vanilla cold foam and the cold foam tasted like carmel. Today I went in the morning like I usually do, It was slightly later than usual so about 8 AM. She had been working, and was rushing my order & super choppy. She sounded like I was an inconvience. So I got out of line. I have had enough of this individual. Her name is Trinity, and I have brought this to management before just to be told āshes like that to everyone.ā I dont think that is the case, just because the person in front of me had such a different experience. She was nice to them, then come my turn I get a snotty attitudeā¦.

On the slow side for a Starbucks at least inside. Same great menu, same great taste. Bathrooms were clean, interior eating was clean. Just make sure you have enough time to wait when you go.

This Starbucks is pretty consistent with their drink quality and service. Occasionally, as with any establishment, you way receive an order that is incorrect and the cafe will be dirty.

Iām sure this review will get lost in the piles of reviews - but I get Starbucks here most mornings, the ladies and gentleman who work here are so kind and friendly. Today they wrote āYou Matterā on my cup and it was truly my reason to stay today. What you employees do matters. It may seem like a mundane job - frustrating and stressful - but sometimes your smiling face is the only one that someone sees that day. Keep doing you employees! and support this location if possible ā¤ļø

I came to this location a few days ago with my gift card from a family member and I donāt go to Starbucks often so I wasnāt sure what to get and the little light skin lady helped me out A LOT! She was so kind and relatable and very patient with me 10/10 location!

Restaurantji Recommends
Every single person (absolutely no exaggeration) at this location deserves a huge shoutout. My fiancƩ and I have been coming here every single day for almost 4 years, and we have not one complaint. Most days we even come twice- that's how good they are! Both morning AND night crew are great, they're very fast and very very friendly. The baristas go out of their way to make sure our drinks are exactly the way we like them, and it keeps us coming back!!
p.s. we've been to every starbucks around here, and numerous locations on vacations- and nobody beats the kind of experience we get here.
