My wife recently went to the 17056 Fort St, Riverview location for a mobile order. All that happened is she was focusing on the car in front of her and forgot to notify them that she was there to pickup a mobile order. When she arrived at the window she apologized and explained why she didn't notify them right away. Instead of just being professional and saying it's okay to make mistakes. The employee gave my wife an attitude and told her that she should drive back to the end of the line again if she missed the intercom.How does that even make any sense? She did give my wife her drink, but she was giving an attitude that did not suite a job that requires social interaction with the public. This is a simple honest mistake that anyone could make that is tired in the morning. The drink was already made, so it's not like it was much of a hassle to walk 10 ft to get the drink, something she would have done anyways even if they had the interaction on the intercom. My wife asked for her name and all she did was ignore her and walked away from the window, obviously she knew that what she did was not proper. All I can give is this vague description. She was a late 20's female, Caucasian, auburn colored hair, hair a little passed her shoulders. This happened April 18, 2024 around 9:20AM. This just ruined my wife's day. We'll definitely not be going back to this location. I hope the manager wakes up and learns to hire better people, after reading some of these reviews it seems like this is a normal occurrence. I don't know who the owner of this franchise is, but they have a great location that is just going to waste on the abysmal management and staff that is clearly the issue.

My choice for coffee!! My favorite is the Hot Peppermint Mocha! Also, enjoy the points with each purchase. They come in handy when my funds are low, or add an extra espresso shot. ? The employees are always friendly and willing to assist.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking available.

Iam never going to be spending my money at this location ever again! Iam a regular, and frequent this location weekly. Today I ordered a shaken espresso, and asked for light ice. The manager proceeded to tell me that this drink will not fill the venti cup all the way up, and I was soo livid! So i have just been paying for ICE this whole entire time? They said this particular drink only gets 4 Oz of milk. To divert the whole situation they could have just gave me extra milk, or I would have happily bought extra! Don't you want to keep your CUSTOMERS happy?!?!?! This is unacceptable!!!

Please, WHATEVER YOU BUY, DO NOT BUY THE OLEATO Caffe with Oat MILK LATTE... IF you like drinking olive oil...oh no I'm sorry baby rice cereal then by all means get it. but if you don't smh do not buy it. It's my first time trying it.. it smell like baby rice cereal ??‍♀️ the taste is horrible.. not unless they put too much of oil in it. Yeah, Starbucks y'all can keep this drink for birds. Lol

Title: Terrible Experience at StarbucksI recently had an incredibly disappointing encounter at Starbucks that left me questioning the company's commitment to customer service. I visited the store and was shocked at the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager.My wife accidentally selected a personal cup and I simply didn’t have it. I asked if she could just put it in a plastic cup and the manager rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh as if I had just asked for the impossible. I found her reaction not only unprofessional but downright rude.Instead of addressing my concern with empathy, the manager seemed inconvenienced by my simple request. Her dismissive attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her entire day by asking for a cup. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position.I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, but basic courtesy and respect should be non-negotiable. Rolling eyes and displaying a lack of consideration for a customer's request is a clear indication that this Starbucks location needs to reevaluate its customer service standards.It's disheartening to see such a well-known brand fail to prioritize customer satisfaction. I hope this review serves as a reminder for Starbucks to invest in better training for their staff, especially their managers, to ensure a more positive and respectful experience for all customers.

Online says store opens at 6. Sat in drive thru line waiting for them to open. After a few minutes after 6 with no one at drive thru I drove around to go in and NO employees even in store.....

Staff isnt friendly and doesnt communicate with customers or each other, they got multiple orders wrong for multiple people on multiple occasions, didnt apologize or even say anything, just took it back. The lounge seems in disarray often with trash scattered around and overflowing garbage cans.

It's disheartening when a simple coffee order turns into a time-consuming ordeal.Adding to the frustration was the repeated disappointment of finding out that the drinks I wanted were unavailable. It's not an isolated incident; it seems like a recurring problem at this particular Starbucks location. It's understandable that items may run out from time to time, but when it becomes a consistent issue, it raises concerns about inventory management and customer satisfaction.Perhaps the most unforgivable aspect of my visit was the consistent problem of being served cold coffee. One would expect that a place renowned for its coffee would prioritize serving beverages at an appropriate temperature. Unfortunately, this Starbucks failed miserably in that regard. It's baffling that a company with such a widespread reputation for coffee expertise can't seem to get something as basic as serving a hot cup of coffee right.

This location is racist. the staff is always extremely rude to me every time im there as if they’re upset and don’t want to service me. Each and every time I order vanilla sweet cream cold foam today I asked why my drink didn’t have cold foam on top the barista replied “you didn’t order cold foam” rolled her eyes and pushed the drink at me as if the drink doesn’t come with cold foam she was just lazy and didn’t feel like doing her job.
