Drive through workers need some attitude adjustment. Went through and asked about tap to pay, and the AI misunderstood me thinking I wanted to Pepsis, I thought it was funny jokes to myself for a moment about it, before a worker came through asking if I wanted two Pepsis, and I explained I had asked if they had tap and the computer misunderstood me, but before I could finish a woman’s voice came over in a very rude and obnoxious tone saying “yes!!” They have tap, for no really reason. I’ve worked in food I get it sucks but don’t take it out on customers. They weren’t busy either. I drove away because I won’t spend money somewhere with crappy service!!! I don’t mean 5 star, just basic kindness, Taco Bell should really invest in better drive through service training lol.

This is the second time we've been here I wanna say it's the man at the window but I'm afraid to say him because I'm guessing he's going through a transition. He keeps being very rude I asked a simple question and got a backhanded comment. No meat on anything and his nails are way to long for code and his attitude is ridiculous.
