This is the second time we've been here I wanna say it's the man at the window but I'm afraid to say him because I'm guessing he's going through a transition. He keeps being very rude I asked a simple question and got a backhanded comment. No meat on anything and his nails are way to long for code and his attitude is ridiculous. I don't have have an issue with anyone but the fact Everytime I come here and this person has to ruin my experience. Never coming back

Order on line pick up !! Only to watch 5 other ppl walk in after me order there food n get it along with watching the cars thru drive thru just get there food while I sat inside for 15 minutes n as I sit here still waiting on my food I had time to write this review !! I would have totally left but I already paid !! Just close this one or get better with customer service ..... this is last time I EVER come to this Taco Bell .... get it together already!! Then I didn't even getting my order I asked them to cancel it , I canceled it on my end but I was still charged what the hell!!! Go to the Taco Bell in Southgate much better service!

The drive thru cashier called the police on me for having an empty beer can in my cup holder. They delayed my $32 order till police arrived. Good for her. I'll never return and would suggest anyone that's had a drink do not go here.
