My favorite pizza place down river! Every time I’m in the area I get a large square BLT pizza with cheese bread and ranch. Their ranch is top shelf and they do not skimp on the cheese. I haven’t had them but they always have cookies and they look good. They usually take 25-30 minutes and are friendly. I recommend Jim’s galley to anyone who wants some delicious pizza.

its honestly really sad how far jims galleys quality has fallen since new ownership. When i used to work there, jim had better tasting ingredients on their pizzas. i asked for my pizza well done because the last time i ordered after the new owners, it was under cooked and the slices were folding when i picked them up. I ended up with another under cooked pizza. With the prices going up even higher since jim sold it. honestly im never going there again. its just not worth it. id say little ceasers has better pizza. and their pizza is terrible but youre getting what you pay for. With this place now, youre definitely not getting what you pay for. I definitely don't recommend this place for pizza.

10 years ago WAS the best, not sure if owners changed or workforce got lazy but it's been worse and worse over the past 2 years. Not sure how they can mess up the splinters but even those aren't as good as before... JIM COME BACK!

Unfortunately, this place has gone completely downhill ever since they got new ownership. We’ve been going here for years and always loved it and now the food tastes awful. I’ve been there twice with the new ownership and both times they made me wait over 20 minutes extra (I was told 25 minutes - it was easily 50) while my pizza just sat in the warming station behind the counter - as the workers told me they didn’t have it ready yet. The sauce tasted awful and both times the pizza was still raw in the middle. Never going back.

Worst pizza I’ve ever ate. Crust not cooked properly, undercooked. Need to leave it in the oven 5 minutes longer.

How sad to see the quality of the food decline so badly at Jim's Galley since changing to a new owner. We have been eating at Jim's for years and it has always been very reliable for some great flavorful pizza with good quality and value. The food I received tonight was so bad I actually just kept shaking my head in disbelief because I can't believe they would send food out the door with their name on it looking and tasting that way. The crust was so dry and had flour crumbled on it still. It looked like the dough was old and dried out and they went ahead and used it anyway. I also ordered an antipasto salad that had salami on it that was torn in shreds. Usually when you order a salad with meat the meat is "cut" in pieces, not torn in shreds. I can only hope that the person who prepared the meat for this salad was wearing gloves when they shredded it in this manner. This was in no means a salad that reflected the $11.99 I paid for it. It was thin on the lettuce and with few toppings. I'm sorry to say we won't be returning we've always loved Jim's. This is the second time we've tried them since the new owners and both have been a disappointment. I really hope they can turn things around and bring the quality back to what it once was.
Food is good, but they are miserably understaffed causing very long waiting

The food was delicious as it has always been but the lady working the counter was extremely rude to me I asked her how she was doing twice before she said anything and gave us no condiments or napkins I said have a nice day and she ignored me but was kind to the rest of the patrons im assuming it was because of my tattoos. But great food to say the least

I just ordered tonight, been eating Jim’s my entire life. I get home and my pizza has so much cheese on it that it’s soggy and doughy also it’s missing ingredients. The chicken bacon ranch grinder had so much ranch on it it was sloppy and soggy it’s barely edible. Typically when dinners a bust we get pizza but here I am with inedible food..$38 later. Atleast the splinters were good.
It's Fantastic! Great food just wish I lived closer. LOL

Such an incredible disappointment since Jim retired. The crust, sauce, cheese and meat are like any other chain restaurant. Jim's was always top tier one of a kind food. Over the months they gradually changed everything that made Jim's Galley something to look forward to. Now it's simply a gas station pizza with premiere prices! People would drive from a hour away. Closing this chapter on our long history with Jim's Galley! So disappointed! Would give 0 stars if possible.
