Ordered two sandwiches on the app and it took over an hour to get them. I still had to stand in line, and there were flies and fruit flies all over all the food while I was waiting. One employee struggled through making the sandwiches while another just stood and watched. It was awful and gross, this Subway went way down hill.

I have numerous experiences, so my friend and I ordered our food to be ready by 12:25 and she had ordered her sandwich about 3 minutes before me and I got mine first and she had to wait a full on 20 minutes later to get her sandwich, and by that time our lunch time was already over. I have ordered my food to be ready by certain times, and it would still be about a 10 minute wait. Another time, a full on frozen meatball in the middle of my sandwich. There were also about three times I placed the order online and there’s either toppings on my sandwich I never ordered, or not the toppings that I had ordered. The first two times around I wasn’t upset and I never said because I understand mistakes happen and places are understaffed, but it’s almost every time I go in there that they have messed something up, just letting you all know, with all my respect :)

I stop here and get take out for lunch often and I’m not sure if the male workers name who is there every time I go but he is great. Today I went in and stood there for way longer than necessary. It took Lisa 15 min to make one foot long sub for the person in line in front of me and took her time making my order as well. Made me not want to come back.

Worst service I have ever had. Bought 5 foot long subs. The guy was rude and a grand slam with double ham has more cheese than ham and he gives an attitude when u ask if he put double the ham on it. I WONT GO

Ordered 2 sandwiches through the app. Requested dressing on the side (oil & vinegar) because I have to travel a distance with them. Picked them up and the bread was rock hard and dressing dripping through the bag because they applied them to the sandwiches. Waited to talk to an employee but not a single person was around or came to the counter. Not sure who was running the store but they need a new employee. I'd guess we got the bread that had been left out all day and my sandwich maker can't read.

April 14th 2024 at 1:30pm I came in to get a couple of their side kicks, protein bowl, Sandwich. The Boy that was working, was Rude, Gave me a 6 inch portion of meat in my protein bowl and not the full footlong portion. I made almost $14 for a Salad. He got an attitude with me when I asked him to put cheese on my sandwich and then toast it. Told me my order was $20 and i was charged $27. Not a big deal if he messed up on that part. But I cannot believe someone like him has a job in customer service.

Normally I order on line because the workers usually have bad attitudes but today my app wasn't working came in and the subway worker had a badge with the name quinten I may not be spelling that right but I must say his personality was refreshing for once. He didn't say anything bad about the company as most complain how they have it so bad. He had no problem with my request to build the sub on other side of the bun so the meat is on the bottom of veggies no eye roll no equipping about how they are trained to make them just did it no questions asked and best yet while being quick building the sub everything was perfectly spaced out so all the toppings were even throughout the sub not leaving most ofthe meat at one end of the footlong and barely any on the other end! He was pleasing to talk to and made it the best experience I have had here in a good year or so. Because of this I was sure to give him a $5 tip. Find more employees like him and you will be able to turn your bad reputation of snippy workers around for sure!

If I could rate 0 stars.. I would! My recommendation for this place: Avoid it at all costs! Online ordering is a joke, cleanliness and organization is subpar, and customer service is nonexistent. What happened to this place?

A Hockos

Ordered 6” roast beef sub she made a 12”, I said something she cut it in half, and threw the rest away. The restaurant was out of mayo and onions, and my sandwich had two pieces of roast beef and two pieces of cheese for 9 dollars. Won’t be back again…..

Do not order here. Ordered an online sub around 5:10, said it would be done at 5:30. Got there at 5:40 with a line up out the door and there was no bread!!! I’ve been to this subway twice in a row now with no bread?!?! I was the only online order and I didn’t walk out of there till 6:00!! Just throwing the stuff on the sub instead of placing. And very rude and heard a few cuss words from the employee.

As a previous subway worker myself I’ve never been in that much disbelief. Complaining about having to work 5 days a week and saying they’re almost falling asleep doing their job. Then the fountain pop was completely flat. Not just one either. The glass by the food, absolutely disgusting. The food was scattered all over the other food, flies everywhere. Didn’t even wash her hands before putting on gloves. I was very unhappy.

Really had a great sandwich here.... Restrooms VERY clean.... Very pleasant staff, which is not common these days. Only 4 stars for atmosphere? It IS a gas station.... nevertheless, I'll be back.

Kid-friendliness: Don't forget to leave the kids at home where they belong!
