I had been to the Lighthouse twice before for the Wednesday Burger special. Neither experience was great. I and a friend tried it again. I ordered the burger medium for the third time and it was burnt to the point that the burger was crunchy on the outside and very well done inside. The food arrived well before our drinks. Later, the server forgot about us and we waited some time for our check. On the positive side, the server was pleasant but distracted. She might have just had one of those days. Coming in a total 3 times and ordering a burger medium 3 times which was crispy will keep me away in the future.

Absolutely the best waitress ever! She treated us like family. She joked around with us. Met all our needs .5 stars!

I only gave them one star because I couldn’t give them less. The place was disgusting. The server was rude and seemed angry at us for coming in. We left without ordering because when we tried, the server walked away complaining about being too busy. The place was practically empty. Probably for the best. I would be afraid to eat anything anyway.

Something just didn't feel right about this place. It didn't feel clean and service was awesome little on the slow side. I ate the buffet and had the roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy with corn. It was okay just not that favorable and tasted bland. This is a beautiful place to visit but I don't recommend this place for a clean atmosphere. There were bugs everywhere around the lemons. The buffet is on the right side of this. Here's the pictures. The beer was also just below room temperature. NOT COLD AT ALL! I will NOT be back!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but when you’re treated like crap what choice do you have. Walked in with my wife and looked at the menu. We were the only party in the restaurant. Asked the waiter about their pot roast burger just as other people were walking in. He gave a smart response that “It’s pot roast on a bun, then asked what we wanted. I hesitated and he left our table, saying it was getting busy. I needed two seconds to figure out what I wanted. He just left to greet the other party. Perhaps they were locals. We left $5 on the table for our sodas and left. He was not surprised to see us leave. I guess this place is for locals only. Stay away if you’re not from around here.
