Tilson St is poppin by Oct 12 I can't believe how many people come to visit. This dairy queen has been a part of my family's fall fun festivities for 15 years and counting. Food is fresh and delicious. The people that own this business do a great job.

Usually this place is good. Most the people working there didn't know what they were doing. My husband asked for a sundae. The girl that waited on us wasn't sure what he wanted. They gave him some ice cream with a little chocolate sauce on it. He had to ask for the additional items that are usually on them, like nuts, whip cream and cherry and also gave him the wrong size....the small instead of a large. We didn't even ask for a refund because it took forever. I had a Blizzard and had to keep asking for mine because they were serving people after I had already ordered. The Blizzard was a mess. She never tipped it over like they are supposed to do because if she did I know it would have fallen out. At least the Blizzard was good.

My dad and I just visited, and were overcharged. We ordered two medium blizzards through the app's BOGO deal, and they charged us for one large blizzard. Also when they gave us our blizzards, I asked, "Aren't you suppose to flip them?" The employee said,"Not with these ones." In the past, I've received a free blizzard because the employees didn't flip a blizzard, and I caught it. When do these policies change, and why isn't the consumer notified with a sign in the window before they order?
Regardless, I was disappointed with our experience at this establishment.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!! They are usually really good with my orders but last night my husband stopped their to get me my usual 6 chicken strips and large strawberry cheesecake blizzard and we always pay for extra cheese cake but this time it was hard crunchie crap and chocolate and hard strawberries and no cheesecake. I’m not one to complain but this is the second time this has happened and. It was so nasty it gave me a stomach ache for the few bites I ate and the chicken there is no way that was fresh it was soggy and didn’t taste right. And we only live two minutes away. I won’t be back and I was a weekly customer. I even order cakes from you guys.

I always come here during the Halloween days because I need to park for Tilson Street. Unfortunately, the parking lot says customers only and it might be a little cold out for ice cream, but I always make a purchase because I need that parking spot desperately. Place is filthy. Floors in lobby need to be swept counters where they make food full of crumbs and spills. Food is always good just wish theyd keep the inside a little tidier as thats where they prep food.
