Place is filthy. Floors in lobby need to be swept counters where they make food full of crumbs and spills. Food is always good just wish theyd keep the inside a little tidier as thats where they prep food.
I had a soft serve cone & the soft serve had little to no flavor. Tasted mostly like frozen water. I didn't finish the cone.

Great place for a blizzard. My food order went out in another order, and it was only when they came back to return the extra food that the staff knew where my order went. It's not the most organized.

Every time I visit the ice cream is hard and solid. Not soft serve like you would expect at a Dairy Queen. Was told that one of the machines makes the “soft serve” really hard. Please replace the machine and stop serving customers hard ice cream.

It was pretty clean but unfortunately when I went there it was 9:30 and they said that they could not serve any more food even though they closed at 10 p.m. was very disappointed with that, but stuck around to talk to a few friends.

The worst blizzards ever!Over priced for what is basically ice cream (hardly anything even in the blizzard.) Plus the absolute worst ice cream I have ever had at a Dairy Queen. I thought I 'd give them another chance after how bad it was last time. Shame on me.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. the employees don't know how to treat customers. I tried giving a Romeo establishment ..my business but it looks like I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere! Born.. and raised in Romeo can't believe what this D.Q has become it's totally sad I hate to say that I won't be back!!
