Terrible staff. Guy was just staring at me the whole time waiting for me to tell him what to do I guess, no greeting, no what would you like, no nothing. And the food behind the counter was terribly maintained, bug flying around inside the glass and all the toppings and veggies cross contaminated, tomatoes had mayo on them and of course he had to grab the dirtiest ones in the pan to put into my sub. Guess just feed it to the customers instead of cleaning it up eh? The owners of this place need a reality check. Actually debating throwing my sub in the trash.
The lady working there today was so nice and friendly I don’t usually leave reviews but she went above and beyond with her customer service she greeted me as soon as I walked in and was just friendly the whole time as a manager myself I appreciate her customer service

Stopped at this location while out running errands, first time at this one & I will go back. Great sandwich & the girl working was so helpful & pleasant. The Subway closest to me is awful, hardly ever open but this location was clean & busy & the sandwich was delicious. I will go back again.

Walked in today, and there was no one in there. Heard someone talking in the bathroom on the phone. Waited 10 minutes, then left. Came back in 5 minutes later, still in the bathroom talking. The service there is always poor. If you order online, they will always mess your order

I generally love Subway but not this location. It appeared clean enough and the singular employee was really nice but the food quality left much to be desired.The bread had been made completely wrong. It was squashed down like it had been run over by a truck. The middle of the bread was completely soggy and caving in because it wasn't cooked properly. The meat, instead of being sliced, was ripped apart like a rabid wolf tore at it. I don't exactly have a high expectations for the quality of food here and yet they still managed to climb under the bar.Even worse was when I went in, the employee was chatting with what appeared to be a friend which is fine but they left meet just sitting out on the counter which is an outright health hazard.Lastly, for some reason, this subway cost more than every other Subway I go to. I get the exact same meal every time and I go to multiple different subways depending on where I am. The exact same meal here cost me $4 more than everywhere else.I will return to Subway in the franchise but I will never return to this location.

My husband and I love subway and we have been to various locations (Washington, Romeo, Shelby Twp, etc). However this one is by far the worst. The food is okay but the oven is never hot enough and the food, by the time it is wrapped up, is cold. The service is the main issue we have. Service is extremely slow. It took us 15 minutes today to get our 2 subs (that isn’t even a joke). Then, an older man came in as well another man for a to go order, and the employee said it would be 15 minutes of a wait for them. Like how?! A previous time we went to this location last time, a different employee was working and again was very slow. The training for these employees needs to improve. For the most part, the areas were clean and same with bathrooms.

I've seldomly had good experiences here. They're always out of product because the bone head owner limits their supply chain deliveries (yes I've got manager experiences and yes I've talked to the inside help about it).She pays her employees next to nothing to make food which translates to no ability to care.I went into the store tonight, the kid in the back of the store looked right at me and looked back down at his phone. By the thing I got to the counter he didn't come to greet me. I figured I'd wait until I decided. 5 minutes standing there and he didn't even check. I walked out. You're going to have employ absolute morons like this kid if you don't pay your employees a livable wage.Will never go back in there. Should just close it up and condemn it.

This location use to make really good subs but now not so much. The guy that makes the subs is slow at making them. The bread is extremely dry and not fresh I had a coupon for a footlong sub $6.99 the guy made my sub didn't scan my coupon and charger me the regular price he doesn't know how to scan the coupons. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION

Don't order there old bread and salad and the meat smelling so bad , absolutely not recommend any one to buy food from them !
the guy working at the counter was not friendly and seemed annoyed to be there i think his name was bryce and bread was dry and old and place looked extremely dirty and i will never step foot in this subway ever
