If you get the older blonde lady, just leave. She ruins my order every day, can’t make a simple pepperoni and cheese roll, can’t get the drink right either. Shouldn’t even work there.

The coupon listed the restaurant on 32 mile road which we went to. After the sandwichs were made we were told the coupon was not accepted. We were stuck with a $50 bill. The fan in the restaurant was so loud it was hard to hear what was said.

Worst Subway I've been to in a long time, went through drive-thru, placed order and waited at window for 15 minutes before leaving. There was a baby in a stroller staring back at me with no employees in sight the entire time.

Brittany, (hopefully I spelled her name right, she has a butterfly tattoo on her arm) was very kind to us from the start. She complimented me on my tattoo when I first came inside and did an outstanding job making our sandwiches, she was respectful and so was the other girl who was working with her! (I didn’t catch her name!) They had all very FRESH, CLEAN toppings! Friendly people, quick service. I would absolutely recommend coming to this location!! I came in on August 11th 2024 around 4:30pm ~ thank you both for the awesome service today!!

I went through the drive thru Employee stole money, my order was $30 she told me $30 so when I got the receipt I looked at it and it said $33 she gave herself a tip of 10% it’s only $3 but I don’t appreciate blatantly taking my money. When I asked her why she gave herself a tip she said the system in the drive thru automatically tips 10% and there is nothing I could do unless I was at the counter in store I could then deny giving a tip. I work in customer care and if I did this to a customer I would defiantly lose my job. Provide email and I’ll provide a receipt so I don’t blast the employees name here

Terrible Subway. Every time I've been there they do not have fresh lettuce and the employee refuses to get more that is fresh. Wasn't this place supposed to be Subway "fresh"?? Last black forest ham made me sick. Never going back to this location.

Came in and a woman wearing an employee shirt told me that they weren't serving customers. It was 4pm and she was feeding a child at the table cheese-it's. They were all over the floor and she was feeding the kid right off the table. It was putrid. She looked......unhygienic herself. Will not be returning it was disgusting. You can't just babysit your kid at work and close up shop when you want. Will absolutely go elsewhere gladly!
Theresa was more than knowledgeable regarding the menu and pricing. She was so kind and helpful. This was the BEST Subway experience I have ever encountered.

They do not do curbside pick up! I ordered on the app for curbside and waited 10 min before walking in to check. My food was ready but they stated they don't do curbside anymroe. Drive through has only worked once out of the 3 times I have tried to use it. Food was missing from my order
