They do not do curbside pick up! I ordered on the app for curbside and waited 10 min before walking in to check. My food was ready but they stated they don't do curbside anymroe. Drive through has only worked once out of the 3 times I have tried to use it. Food was missing from my order

The manger there was absolutely wonderful she was amazing at her customer service and my sandwiches she made for my family were amazing and she definitely went the extra mile to make sure our food was done right!

So, I decided to stop by my old job and grab lunch today for work and as I was placing my order the manager Teresa walk up to the nice employee who was making my food and told him to stop and that I had to leave. I haven’t did anything to anyone but quit as store manager a few months ago. Long story short I called her boss Dawn and told her what was happening and she told her that I could order my food and why would she say I had to leave. Very rude manager and I want be eating from here again. Further reference, don’t treat people the way you wouldn’t want to be treated. God bless

Drive through... so crazy slow, like painfully slow. This is my second time here and I'm pretty sure they went on break or forgotten me.The staff was nice........but soooooo sloooow!I was refunded and well compensated because the wait on my second visit.
Drive thru would be great if there were employees to run it. But it's not fast food when you wait 15-20 mins in line for a sandwich

This location has consistently scaled back on their meat, to the point there is literally nothing more than a chunk of bread and some toppings.I refuse to pay for a service/goods I am not receiving, so I will be taking my business to Tubby’s for now on.

This subway is SO clean and organized. The manager is Very helpful when there is any customer issues. Quality of food is good but the produce products(lettuce) that the restaurant gets from their supplier is never consistent (fresh) and that’s no fault of the restaurant.
