My husband and I ordered hot cocoa and both tasted like Luke warm milk. No chocolate flavor and not even hot. Will not be going there again if we can help it

I dropped by today because it was my first time in the area and was amazed at the cheap prices so I thought I'd try it, expecting there would be a catch given the prices. I ordered a medium americano and I got a huge cup of coffee - too big for a medium to be honest. No way they gave me the right size or any size bigger would have had to have been served in a punch bowl. It smelled fine but sure enough, it was like one shot of espresso watered down to fill the cup. It tasted like a wet cardboard cup.

I love this little spot so much. I've become somewhat of a regular over the years, but I've been going here since 2014 (which is crazy to think about!). Bearclaw is a great spot if you need a delicious latte or chai! My personal favorite is an iced chai with cinnamon brown sugar and maple, but the maple is only avalible in the fall. I absolutely love my little trips to Bearclaw, and I look forward to returning for the years to come!
