absolute garbage service all around a drive through shouldn’t take 10 minutes at the window and the girl working the window had no attitude to be working with people, and put the card on top of the drinks like that isn’t gross

Window attendant had a bad attitude. And didnt have food made correctly and was being snide and stuck up didnt provided receipt without being asked and slapped the receipt in my hand and slammed the window shut. Will not be going back to that location even if it is the closest.

Where I live I have a choice of 4 different Burger Kings. This one is my first choice. Food has been good, actually looks like what I ordered. Buns aren't squished, toppings are all in place and onion rings are crispy.
Best fast food quality since covid.

Highly irritated I ordered 2 cheese burgers, a bacon melt meal SMALL with a sprite , she didn’t have what I have on the screen right and she was getting confused and missing things I put so I repeated my entire order AGAIN ! Somehow managed to still mess up my order by giving me a melt that had no bacon on it. The black lady at the window had no customer service skills at that . Whoever worked cashier around 6:15pm Feb.20.2025 . Who ever had the crunchy middle part . I won’t be returning . Make sure you just check your food and repeat your order back to them more than twice

Horrible food! Horrible service!
Cashier at the window was extremely rude. I couldn't even finish ordering my food before she gave me a total. I got 4 whopper juniors with cheese and bacon and 5 double cheese burgers with 4 small fries. In my bag I only received 3 whoppers and 3 double cheese burgers . My food was cold and order was incorrect. Idk how this happened but I'm irritated and extremely unhappy about my experience

I felt dirty after eating here. Took my little brother out to dinner to for something different, and the amount of hair I found in my fries is unlike anything I've seen before. Staff barely cared, just told me to toss them and wait (again) for fresh ones. No apology, just frustration. Don't think I'll be returning.

If I could give 0, I would. Terrible. I hardly ever come here because there are never any cars, which tells me a lot. But me and my man went here today. The bacon king he got was old. Like it was sitting all day. Cheese was old and cold. Hard. Bun was hard. Fries were like salted sponges. Chicken fries were shredded and not warm at all. Tried to call the number, it’s a non working number for a PNC. So had to waste time again going back to there. They had an attitude inside that they had to remake ANOTHER order as if they had been remaking stuff all day. If you got it right the first time, you wouldn’t have to have an attitude that you have to do it again, right?
