Went here a few weeks ago. Ordered 2 burgers. Waited 28 minutes 4 my food. When I finally had my order. The meat was all burnt and 2 make thing's worse after waiting it was also Cold. Don't know how this place is still in business. Waste of time and Money. Never again. Better option is go next door 2 McDonald's. At you will get actual Fast and Fresh food.

Absolute mess. We just wanted a quick snack when returning from a trip in the early morning hours. We ordered a few fries and a cheeseburger. It took over 3o minutes to get our food. The staff inside were yelling and cussing at each other and it was super chaotic overall. I don't think I'll ever be back.

I really like Checkers, but this location has been a disappointment several times when heading in or out of DTW.
Took over 20 minutes to get my food in the drivethrew, I would have left but corporate designed there drivethrew to be stuck in and can't leave, rude cashier who gave me to much change back, food was cold after all that time,avoid this spot at all costs, they are not organized at all bad management all the way around! This should be your best location in Michigan, you have people from all around the world land here, it's said they have to get this experience here. do not waste your time or money here nothing has changed from the complaints I read below!

Which Way Do I Go
I'm a Door Dasher that comes through to pick up orders. I normally work nights dashing because I have a full time job during the day. I just have to say that the night staff especially the sweetest lady named Corinna or Korina (not sure how she spells it) makes my night every night I get an order to this checkers. She is sweet, kind and always smiling. I can be having the worse day ever and if she's working she brightens my day. I just wanted to say thank you to her
