Faye the owner and her team took great care of us! Faye was super friendly, kind and accommodating. We needed 8 extra large pizzas delivered to the hotel our team was staying at. Order was placed in the morning for a last delivery of the evening. All went very smoothly. We will be ordering from here when we return to the area.

I ordered breadsticks tonight because I ate some of my girlfriend’s breadsticks last night and she was upset. Granted, her breadsticks were from another place and she is very particular about her appetite at the time. I ordered garlic breadsticks online, and the folks at Cottage Inn Romulus (Ecorse) had the food hot and ready when I arrived- even accidentally made it a size too large. Who’s going to complain about that, right? I get home and my girlfriend is more pissed because apparently she wanted “everything seasoning sticks that come with garlic cream cheese”. So I went back out for the new breadsticks and our kind friends at Cottage Inn Romulus let me have them for free. I was willing to pay and they willingly did me a favor and didn’t even accept a tip. They said “just get us next time” and waved me off. I work in the service industry myself and I know there is no reason they had to do that, but they did anyways. Good people over there. My girlfriend was very happy with the food. 0 complaints, endless amount of praise.

Ordered pizza around 8:30pm who ever was running the store on mlk day , you are very unprofessional with a nasty attitude, I suggest you take English courses as well.

Please have whoever is leaving your coupon books out to not walk into an office using a door with a NO SOLICITING sign and leave them in the window and on the ground outside.

50 percent of the time they burn the pizza and cover it up with butter. 2 times the delivery drivers dropped my pizza. Didn't want to complain and get the guys in trouble but this place seems to be operated by giant children.

Ordered online, and gave us a time of 5:20 pick up time. I get to the counter and they guy helps ever customer but me. I wait till he’s done talking with his staff and tells me… we just now put in your pizza. I wait and wait it’s 5:45 to get my pizza and i get home and it’s not made to my request. Bad service, bad experience. Lastly the guy inside was having a bad day or something, and was taking it out on other workers. Not a fun environment
I ordered pizza for delivery at 5 o'clock didn't get it till 540. My pizza and jalapeño bread was burnt. My jalapeño cheese bread was a pizza. I order here almost every week and I tip very well. I called and they tell me to bring it in if I could go there I would have ordered pickup. Manager Mike says he can't help then hangs up on me. I'll never go there again and in fact I'll be telling everyone to not go there. You should hire people who care more about customers. I would add pictures but there isn't a option for that anymore

i had resident here at the nursing home/ rehabilitation center order a veggie pizza. It came in a timely manner but the delivery person acted like he didn't want to give the 71 year old guy his change. After dealing with that he began to eat his food and found hair in the food. he decided to call back and they told him he needed to bring the pizza back. i then called back tot tell them with his living situation he is not in a position to bring back the pizza but he spent his last. they did not care and couldn't find away to help solve the problem.

Placed a delivery order to DTW airport totaling $41.05. Ordered two pizzas and one sub sandwich with no tomato’s, no bacon and no ranch (on receipt and sub label). I called this location and explained the issue, they offered a replacement. Driver drops off an hour later, they asked for the sub to be returned (no problem). I check the sub and it’s burnt to a crisp. Not edible. Crust is so hard you can’t even squeeze the ends. The man on phone said his manager is not sending the driver back. I said no problem, but I’d like a refund for my sub. He told me he couldn’t do a refund as my receipt didn’t have a single item, but three on it. I advised I would be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
