the lounge was extremely crowded, making it difficult to find a comfortable place to sit. The atmosphere felt more like a busy cafeteria than a premium lounge.
The food selection was underwhelming, with very few hot options available. What was there seemed picked over, and the replenishment was slow. The beverage options were decent, but nothing stood out as particularly impressive.
Small space and no hot food.
The Entire Delta staff were terrible. You expect a high level of professionalism coming from Delta, that's what we pay for. When I arrived at the front counter, the women with the hijab at the front took my ticket, didn't greet me, and said "Why are you late" excuse me!? I don't get asked why I'm late by the intake person. GTFOH. That's not something you ask a customer. It didn't get any better by the sassy attendants at the gate. You guys made spirit look so much better.
Great before a flight.
Good food and drinks.
Very nice new lounge!.
Long lines for drinks, the food seems to always be the same. Left and went somewhere else
They were vary kind and helpful
Small the greeting desk guy was not friendly at all.
A nice place to rest between flights, great food and nice seating
Great service

Easy access as soon as you clear security. Nice selection of hot and cold food. Open bar and nice coffee machines that dispense a range of drinks. Can sign up for a shower or just decompress in a wide range of different seating types.
Today I was greeted by "Delta Dawn". She gave me the friendliest greeting I have ever received and she was very informative in explaining how the lounge works and getting signed in. I would come back to this lounge just for her customer service alone. Thank you Dawn
All TSA employees were very rude this morning!!!!
I could care less if it’s the morning time or if it’s the first of the month CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERY THING WE OUR PEOPLE IN LINE AND WALKING THROUGH THOSE METAL DETECTORS NOT ANIMALS!!!!
We should not be talked to like we are nobody’s or animals or illiterate people!!!!!
They should get better training on working with people !!!!
Then I was at the airport two hours before my flight time I have a bad knee and they could not provide wheel chair assistance for me they said 20-25 ahead !!!! Very disappointing!!!! Have not been flying with Delta very long and everyone use to say they are top notch, top tier!!!! The aircraft may have tvs and a little more leg room then others, yes they may have free snacks!!!
But when it comes to CUSTOMERS SERVICE SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO HAVE A EXTRA CLASS OR TWO A YEAR ON JUST THAT IM NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!! I CERTAINLY WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN CHARGE !!!
Little bit smaller than delta club nearby B32,T4,JFK. But the staff at the frontdesk is good,at least they know Sky team elite plus member has the access to the delta club when taking international flight,or one domestic delta connecting one partner airlines, such as AF. At JFK,the delta staff at priority counter or gate B32 club don’t know their company’s membership rules, always be rejected to access I don’t how they are hired. But the bar tender is not friendly or helpful at A38,there is a wine menu, but in little and unreadable /picture words in dark bar,the bartender asks me unfriendly to read and tell her the name and the brand of the wine that I want. all the other staffs are very friendly.
Always nice to be able to stop in to relax, grab a snack or meal, and a drink before heading to my gate.
