Ordered pizza online for delivery. Called in. And ask to have crushed red peppers, Parmesan cheese packets, napkins, and plates delivered with order, and they so they would. Didn’t receive and of the items. Then the bottom of the pizza crust was tough and flavorless, when usually it is crispy crunchy and buttery. Very unsatisfactory after spending $40 on two pizzas even after the Tuesday special.

Imagine not putting sauce on somebody’s pizza, then not offering anything but extremely late sauce to fix the issue. Then when push comes to shove, you offer a 20oz pop (which wasn’t even in the original order) as a fix.
No reason for me or anybody else to frequent a business like this when there are 5+ other pizza delivery places in throwing distance

Jets is my go to pizza for a reason. Around the area I can spend alot more money, but rarely find a slice I like better. The aesthetic at this particular location is a little different and I vibe with that. Polite and helpful staff, even mid dinner rush.

If I could give zero stars I would! Placed order through uber eats, went through three different drivers due to my order not being ready in time… estimated time was 20-45mins and ended up being an hour and a half before it got to us. Both pizzas were cold, hard and burnt! Along with my cheese bread. Do not recommend this store, especially when spending 65$ on pizza! Will not be returning
