Best Jimmy John's I visit across Michigan, I always stop to grab some food before a DTW flight as it's just minutes from the airport. Usually visit the bathroom too and find it in good shape. A nice spot to decompress from traffic before hitting the airport stress. All the workers have been professional, even on their worn down days (nobody's 100% every day all day) it's still respectable here.

Wow, I was trying to order a hot sub and was told the Machine was down for the night. It was only 8:19pm and they don’t close til 9 pm. Lazy staff. I will not come back to this jimmy John location again. And I sat in the parking lot it is 8:26 pm

I had an amazing time eating at this Jimmy John’s location. Matthew and Ani were very warm and welcoming and provided such great service to me and my family during a long journey. The #6 and the chicken Caesar wrap were so yummy and I would definitely recommend trying the Oreo chocolate peppermint cookie!

Horrible service, I walked in after ordering my food 20 minutes later, and it was not busy at all, my food was not ready, matter of fact she didint even start on the food, she was being rude and horrible service the WHOLE time I was there, I have never delt with a more snob that the women who was making my food which I ordered ahead of time, and nothing was ready, on top of all of that, both of my ordered were made wrong, she kept saying “don’t rush me” “be patient will you” “my stupid computer won’t load” and a lot of things, she should be fired 100%. Worst service I’ve ever had.

Apparently they don't have a night delivery driver, but for some reason, the app allows you to place an order for delivery through them? Extremely inconvenient, especially when an hour goes by with no phone call informing you that your order isn't actually going to be delivered. I had to call to find out they canceled my order

Bread was little stale but otherwise it was a very good sandwich and on most visits they are very friendly and fast!

$25. Nothing is hot on the sandwich, not even the bacon. Just cold little slivers of salt on an equally as cold bun. The lettuce is shriveled up and dry, cheap roma canning tomatoes, slightly more meat than subway.
In case you didn't know it, you are not IN the airport. I am utterly appalled at the quality and price.

I usally never complain whatsoever but i thought this needs to be brought to attention. I came in on Thursday ordered my food and this young little girl with long brown hair *didn't look any older then 9* wrapping sandwiches in full uniform when she got to mine it was wrapped very bulky and tons of stickers did not look good and I'm just confused why someone that young would be working at this establishment.
