My last two deliveries have been left outside in the weather on the ground. I always leave instructions to call upon arrival. I called to complain and the first manager I spoke with was very apologetic, but she said she was not in charge of the deliveries. She put and lady on the phone who was. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person like her. No more orders from that location. I will be contacting thier corporate office.

Ordered a tuna sub today. First of all, they couldn’t toast it?? Weird since they have a toaster 🤔 Secondly, they asked what cheese I wanted and then didn’t put it on the sub. Jimmy John’s is too expensive to be getting the orders wrong. 1 sub with no sides or pop was almost $9. I’ll be going to subway going forward ✌️

Really convenient for drive thru ordering. Not too far from I-94. It’s a good place to stop on a long car ride or roadtrip. I got the hunters club and it was really good. They gave me an extra water cup. Would definitely come back again.

Last few visits order has been wrong. Today they decided to argue with me about what I ordered instead of correcting their mistake. I've been a customer since this store opened but no more.
We visited the store for the first time on 5/3/25 around 6:30. We were immediately greeted buy a young woman who was quick to help us with deciding what to order. She was friendly and wore a smile the entire time we were there. She prepared our food and it was amazing one of the best subs that I've ever had. It's nice to walk into a business where the employees are happy and willing to help. She is an asset to your company. I wish I would have gotten her name.

Best Jimmy John's I visit across Michigan, I always stop to grab some food before a DTW flight as it's just minutes from the airport. Usually visit the bathroom too and find it in good shape. A nice spot to decompress from traffic before hitting the airport stress. All the workers have been professional, even on their worn down days (nobody's 100% every day all day) it's still respectable here.
Dietary restrictions: Happy to adjust around my allergies.

Wow, I was trying to order a hot sub and was told the Machine was down for the night. It was only 8:19pm and they don’t close til 9 pm. Lazy staff. I will not come back to this jimmy John location again. And I sat in the parking lot it is 8:26 pm
