The owner and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I went there because I needed help with my Nelson cold plate freezer and they diagnosed the problem with ease where other refrigeration companies had trouble recognizing the brand of the product much less diagnose the problem. If I lived closer I would definitely develop a long-term relationship with them.

I have never been to this place however I was googling ice cream trucks in my area which I was in Taylor and Koolies came up so I just took a chance and called. The man on the other end of the phone was so kind, when I told him what I was calling about & he sent a truck over. Thank you Cindy for making my grandbabies day

Koolies is great, they really are like a big family and treat you as such. So helpful and products are fabulous, no to mention best prices around. We travel over an hour to go to them even though we have a different distributor 10 min from us. It's worth it!!
