Koolies was quick to help us for our company picnic when our original truck cancelled on us due to an electrical issue! They were happy to help us with NO notice and had a driver sent out within 10 minutes of me contacting them! We went from having no ice cream truck to getting one in an hour! They also had 46 options for ice cream! Yvette was very nice, friendly and accommodating! Will 100% use again!
Tammy was so nice and fantastic.....I certainly hope she can do St. Vincent Pallotti's family picnic next year...I will highly recommend Koolies for anyone's event...thank you...
The owner and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I went there because I needed help with my Nelson cold plate freezer and they diagnosed the problem with ease where other refrigeration companies had trouble recognizing the brand of the product much less diagnose the problem. If I lived closer I would definitely develop a long-term relationship with them.
