You need English speaking counter help, ordered online, got to store and the guy working didn't know a bit of English, stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my food that was already done and setting there. Finally he strung a sentence togeather and i received my $15 inedible loaded fries.

I was staying nearby for a couple of days on my way home after a trip to Canada. Whenever I can, I prefer to eat local...granted I'm not entire sure if this is a stand-alone business or a franchise, but it doesnt seem to be nationwide at a minimum.

Went in...ordered just a standard cheesesteak with the normal toppings and some fries for takeout. It was a weekday, so a few patrons, but not too busy. Cashier was plenty nice and the food was prepared in no time at all.

Took it back to my room and...man, was that thing good! Plenty of meat and cheese and the everything (including the fries) were delicious.

100% would come back to this location!

The cheesesteak was delicious, tender, flavorful, and not overly heavy on the bread. I really enjoyed how the cheese was blended right into the meat, giving each bite a smooth, savory balance. It was just a touch saltier than I prefer, but still very enjoyable. Next time, I’d ask for no extra salt, and I’d happily come back again.

The lady (cashier) recommended the Sam’s Cheesesteak, and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the cheesesteak with curly fries. It’s definitely on the messy side, but that’s part of the fun and what makes it so satisfying. The food comes out hot and clearly cooked to order, which I really appreciate. Very nice place for a quick stop.

Food was awesome. Service matched the food. Our only issue was, we came back the next day (cause the cheesesteaks were so good) and they were closed. Online google and yelp said they were open, so we drove 30min and was highly disappointed. Please update your times so that we know and don’t waste our time. May try to come today
