Terrible service .. ordered a to go coffee with a to go order .. something u would think would take 30 secs to do .. poor coffee in a cup n put a lid on .. nope .. 10 mins goes by and I just finally left out of frustration n didn’t even get my coffee ..also watched 3 employees walk around doing absolutely nothing but passing the time while the girl who rang me up was taking care of all the new orders by herself .. needless to say pretty ridiculous for a $3.50 coffee to go

We went in there yesterday and got coney dogs. Before ordering We asked, are they beef or pork? They told us beef we received the coneys And they pork Which we did not know to be bit into the coney we don’t eat pork now me and my husband are sick. My husband is so sick that he is in the hospital.
Just had breakfast for dinner it was great. Tameka was a amazing waitress very helpful Thank You Friendly and Kind.*****

This is the worst coney Island ive ever experienced. The staff is terrible and unprofessional... They basically dont have a staff. The lady who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. I placed a doordash order the dasher took 30 minutes to pick up soni cancelled and placed another order. After being compensated by doordash the cook refused to remake the order after being paid twice!!!!! When i called to get the reason i was hung up on lol very terrible unprofessional experience avoid if possible a lot of better restaurants in the area.
