You guys have a 1999 bundle deal for the Lions when you put in the deal online your system automatically makes it a deal where the coupon can’t be applied so I came into the store because the bottom line is this is your business so you should be able to accommodate me as long as I’m showing you that it’s accurate The manager was definitely standoffish. It was very offputting. She didn’t care. She said that the online had nothing to do with her in her store and they don’t know anything and there’s nothing they can do so she turned around in order that was about to be over $40 And last I checked you’re not supposed to turn any money down and she was rude. The worker that I came in and talk to she was so nice pretty curly hair, respectful, honey. She went back to that manager, and that manager wanted to do anything just to get me out of the store. This is not a good Little Caesars location Dont patron here they don’t care about their customers and last I checked with me being in customer service for over 30 years. I thought that that was number one priority. Now I’m about to go to another location that always treats me special And I’m pretty sure they’re gonna accommodate me Dont patron This location. This is not the first time they have been rude to me, but this is definitely the last time that I will be here so it’s time to tell y’all the truth about what’s really going on at this location.

I placed an order online for garlic Parmesan wings , the guy in the front was touching his hair then touching the food , they messed up on my order and I only ordered wings I asked for a refund after that . Service was terrible!!!

Called ahead to have 5 pizzas ready at a specific time. When I arrived, the pizzas were ready and hot. The person that worked the phone was friendly and polite. The manager was wonderful. I’d go back again to this location. My normal location would not help me with my call ahead order. Give location a shot

Pizza was terrible, but the bread was good. The guy working the counter was such a nice kid, he’s was just so kind and helpful.
Not only was I charged $12 for a crazy bread and sauce (in error), but it barely had any garlic butter or Parmesan on it. Paying $6+ for a crazy bread is expensive! He corrected the price of course, but every single time I go here I have to ask for extra butter and parmesan when all I want is for it to look like it does online. And of course you have to pay more just to have the normal amount that other places put. It's really frustrating.

I don't know whats going on.. But, the manager was rude for hanging up on me. I ask a simple question, his response was we “ Dont have any cheese stuff bread with an attitude. “ I didn't sleep with you! Come respectful and get respect ? The other managers are nice. If, you having a bad day. Don't take it out on the customer!!!
