I at the McDonald’s around 8:50pm Christmas Eve. Door was open but one black lady comes to the door saying we are closed. I think this unprofessional behavior. If the store is closed they should locked the door.

Showed up at 1140 pm on 11/16. 20 minutes before they close. Went through drive through, told sorry we are closed. Does management know they close whenever the hell they want to? Pull around and a bunch of employees just standing around cutting up. Pathetic.

Tried to get food here on three different occasions after a flight and every time no one would come to the front desk to take an order. Tried drive thru but got no answer there either. And yes they were open.
Don’t go here if you actually need to be somewhere. 20 minutes to get through the line, 8 minutes to order with the slowest drive through worker on earth

The bathroom was disgusting in the men’s room. There’s crap all over the toilet. The toilet seats busted poorly maintained. I wonder how bad would be to eat here seeing how no one cares about cleanliness.

This was by far one of the best and friendly McDonald's I have ever been at we interacted with 3 crew members and everyone was so nice and helpful. Wish every Restaurant had employees like this.

We stopped by this McDonald’s late on a Saturday night after a long flight and had a great experience. We ordered through the app, went through the drive-thru, and the young guy working the window couldn’t have been more pleasant or polite. Our food was hot, fresh, quick, and completely accurate. Really appreciated the friendly service that late at night.
