You would think being right across the street from a BUSY INTERNATIONAL Airport?! This place would TOP NOTCH! …people from all over the world would be stopping in after a long flight would be ready for some GOOD HOT food….NOPE They can’t even get 2 double cheeseburgers right with ketchup /Cheese only (customer Next to me) then my order TWO fish sandwiches/small fry….nope 1 FS/2fries/cheesburger….yup turned right around Then food was cold and nasty…. No I’m not a traveler was more just saying You’ll think you want something saying welcome to Michigan! lol no

Went inside to order coffee. Placed order at kiosk. Had to wait almost 10 minutes before I got my coffee. There was already 1 person waiting when I got to the kiosk, when the person brought my coffee, it was the first person that had come up front. By Tim I got my drink there was now about 8 people waiting for orders, the inside of the store was very dreary, the place looked as though the inside was stripped, appeared to be dirty. I Wil never go back. I hav since been told by people in the area to avoid that store.

Ordered breakfast got 5 items was told to pull forward. Waited 15 minutes then had to call them because they forgot. I watched 6 cars get there large orders before mine. Then got the food it was cold.

This is the third time that I have stopped before an early morning flight and they have not been open to help! Lights on no answer. No signs, no notices, and no answer. This places food is mediocre at best, but only option open late night. If you're going to be closed then turn off the lights!
I just received the most beautiful Big Mac I’ve ever received on my lunch break. This thing looked straight out of the commercial. Someone give the cook some head.
