No surprise the rating are so low!! I ordered 3 drinks in drive through and the gave me 2. When I asked to charge for eggs third I had to go back around in line. Regardless of the mistake a good morning, thanks , hello would be appreciated!

Me and my family visited at 9pm tonight August 17th. And this was seen easily from the drive thru window. I told the manager on staff that, that is a concern to have clothes and shoes on a food cart. In the midst of a kitchen thats supposed to be sanitary. He stated that the food is fine and did not seem to care or wish to rectify. Just plain gross, we did not eat the food.

We sat in the drive thru for literally 30 minutes. I had to yell hello to get someone to acknowledge that we were there. Then we get “we will be with you shortly” when we finally got to the window it still took forever. Got our food, it was cold and the order was wrong. Had to go in. The manager says “we have no staff. They had three people working and we were literally the only ones there. This was completely horrible

I ordered 2 meals,one a double cheese burger with a medium fry and a chocolate shake and the 2 cheese burger meal with a medium fry and a orange fanta and got double cheese burger meal and 2 cheese burgers and a fanta,please make it make sense . Never coming back because the one that took our order seems slow . The one that gave us the order was slow too. This is a 24 hour mcdonalds and I understand but it was around 12 midnight and it was slow..that don't make any sense . You think they be up and ready to do something but nawwwww they was slow,the guy that took our order didn't have the order on the screen,didn't even tell us the price

I come here every day for lunch because I work down the street, unfortunately. Every day I order the same thing & Every day its wrong. I order no pickles on everything & there are always pickles. Every. SIingle. Day. Always. 🤦🏻♂️
If you mobile order through the drive thru, you still have to park and wait 15min. If you order for counter pickup 20min before you get there, you'll still wait 20min.
That's if they even get your order. 🤷🏻♂️ If youre short on time go somewhere else.

I was given three sauces for three nuggets that I did not get when when I came back I was treated as if I took the nuggets and put them in my car being disgusted while they're in the job I'm a paying customer and heard everything very unprofessional
This is the worst McDonald's ever... they are extremely rude and I will never ever go to this location again... They have absolutely no customer service skills I couldn't even tell you how the food is anymore because I drove off after what I dealt with from their speaker!!! Try any other location but avoid this one like the plague

Placed my order, got a table tent, but still had to track my food down at the counter b/c they failed to bring it out. No soda machine available in the lobby to get refills. Trash overflowing the bins by the entrance. (I was there at about noon.) Food on the floor in the dining area, covered in ants. *Not the best McDonalds experience.
