It’s 2am and it’s a long Line full of cars. It should be more staff working night shifts for McDonald’s on Middle belt. Very disappointed with how long the wait is. It’s not fair for the workers to work 2 times Harder because they have Low staff.. It needs to be more staff at night shift.

When you catch the food, hot and fresh, its amazing. But usually the food is warm, at best. The wait times can be lengthy. Seems to run on a skeleton crew after 5pm on weekdays. Staff plays around, having inappropriate conversations for everyone to hear. Restrooms and dining are usually clean and free of trash and debris.

They attitudes are so terrible up here and than they keep you waiting for so long to order……. They smoothie machines never seem to work at a certain time apparently. I don’t know the franchise needs to have somebody higher up come there out the blue and see how they treat people

I arrived at McDonald's after working 12 hours to pick up me and my kids some breakfast. I ordered sausage McMuffins. My McMuffin was so burnt and hard you can't even eat it. I don't even know why they bother serving this to us. Very nasty and unprofessional.
I sat here in the drive through for 10 minutes we already took the order and asked to order the next order and after taking my order they ignored me for another 10 minutes. And then I had to call the store and the girl on the phone was so disrespectful it was disgusting. I used to work at McDonald's and if I ever treated a customer like this I would be fired. Very disappointed

Rarely eat at mcdonald's but so busy.And I actually ate at two different ones today. This one sucked even more than the first one sucked. I ordered a chicken sandwich and ten chicken nuggets as a meal with fries. Got to my nearby hotel got my ten nuggets, they magically turned my Chicken Sandwich into a burger And zero fries... Also ordered two of each sweet and sour & ranch dressings only got one total. How hard is it to read the screen when filling the bag. Or maybe the person taking the order blindly taps away on the wrong order keys before barely mumbling your total with his pierced lips and snake tongue as you ponder whether or not You should. Pay cash or credit With your heart earned money
