I made a stop before dropping off the car at AVIS at the Detroit airport. Whenever I'm in America I have to go to McDonald's. Clean, nice people, free parking. Otherwise a normal McDonald's. I only ate fries, they were ok.Wheelchair accessibility: Possible

I paid an extra .94 cents because they could not make change. This is very disappointing.
A first for me at McDonald's, every single item in my order had something wrong with it. It took 25 minutes to prepare it, and I was the only person standing in the dining room at 8p on a Saturday night. When I asked them to fix my order, I gave up after waiting an additional 15 minutes and left.

I order on the mobile app and tell them my code get the the food window and there are 4 cars pulled up to bring out their order. With no cars in the actual line waiting for their food. I understand they have a speed of service working fast food as a teenager, but what is the point of pulling them up seems like cheating the system to me. It's like they have a 3 window system instead of 2. They have a pay window and pull forward window.
