We didn't even get to try food. The hostess walked up said the wait is 15 minutes minimum even though 10 tables were open and just walked away. One person said they were waiting 25 minutes for their food.

YESTERDAY I WANTED TO EAT, THEY TOOK MORE THAN 30 MINUTES TO BRING THE ORDER. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME THE FRIES, THEY CHARGED ME THE SAME. THEY LEFT THE DRINK ON THE BAR LETTING IT HEAT UP. I CLAIMED THE PAYMENT. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND IT, BUT THEY DIDN'T, BECAUSE YESTERDAY THE CHARGE ARRIVED. I CALLED THE CARD COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO COMPLAIN FROM THEM. I CALLED THE AIRPORT LOCAL AT +1 734-872-7004 AND IT DOESN'T WORK. THEY SCAMMED ME. ALSO, IF I WAS DELAYED, THEY WOULD MAKE ME MISS THE PLANE.

What happen to customer services, went in to order food on 4/27/25 lady working there for lunch time was extremely rude. I was trying to order through kiosk, was not working. Than nicely asked if kiosk works gave a rude look and attitude said I don't know I didn't put there. Like for real and continue to say you see me here you place your order with me, just rude. At times I'm very glad machines are taking over this rude people's jobs. I don't have to put up with them, than they wonder why honestly you don't deserve a raise.

Terrible experience.
I waited over 40 minutes for my food, only to be served a steak that was basically burnt rubber. The service was just as bad rude and inattentive. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The waitress clearly had an attitude problem, and it was unacceptable. Outback needs to invest in proper training for their employees on how to treat customers with courtesy. It's important for staff to recognize that without customers, they won’t earn tips.
When we asked the waitress if we could move to the table behind us after it was cleaned, due to the instability of our current table, she responded, “I am not going to bust that table because I don’t have time.” I informed her that we were not in a hurry since our flight was later in the day and we were willing to wait. Instead of accommodating our request, she brusquely asked, “Well, do you want to place your order or not?” We found her attitude unacceptable and chose to leave rather than tolerate such poor service.

This airport location gives Outback a bad name. The onion petals were very overdone and the hamburger was not good. We didn’t eat 1/2 the food and we didn’t want to take the leftovers with us because the food was so bad. Don’t waste your money.

Worst airport restaurant I have ever been too. Sat down. Waited 21 minutes..... went to the bar and got a drink and also asked if maybe there was confusion because everyone around me was taken care of as soon as they sat. Horrible.

Ribeye steak was terrible ordered it medium came out well done and tasted like it was made in a microwave, took about 10 minutes to get sat down and then another 15-20 for a server to take our order and she was super lazy and took a $5 tip from my card when I wrote down a $0 tip

So my GPS said the closest nice restaurant was outback. So we head that way and we ended up at the airport. I guess it's inside maybe ....we ended up going else where bc who goes to airport just to eat
food was barely average at best, lukewarm soup and the salad was just OK.
the attitude and level of customer service was abhorrent. The staff is clearly there for a paycheck and customers are just a necessary evil. At least that is what they give off with their attitudes and lack of attention or service.
Being in an airport customers are somewhat of a captive audience and the staff here definitely takes advantage of that fact.

Sat down 45 min prior to my boarding time, already knowing what I planned on ordering. Sat there for 25 min before I was even acknowledged, then the lady said she’d be right with me and took another 10 minutes to come back to my table. At that point I wouldn’t have had enough time to place my food order, eat, and check out, so I left. Walked past people that were sat after me that already had their food. Disappointed to say the least.

Terrible experience. I have loved Outback before, but I am very disappointed this time with their service. Dirty table and chairs. We waited "forever" for the waiter/waitress. I ordered a drink, just saw it has been placed on the bar table over 15 mins, and no one delivers to me, waitress disappeared until she delivered me the food, so I got to cancel my drink. I am highly recommend NOT going to this Outback.

Arrived early for our flight - thought let’s get breakfast prior to boarding - after standing out side because the sign said “please wait to be seated” for over 10 minutes- a red haired waitress walked out and kept her back to us. She stood there and talked at length with one of two tables, no acknowledgment of us standing there.
We thought this is RIDICULOUS and walked towards the server, and we asked if we could sit. She stated “Front is blocked off and we could take a seat behind the chairs which were blocking the tables with a view” - like we should know this. After sitting down she came over with menus - I said these are not for breakfast - she said I’m sorry we stop serving breakfast at 9:30. It was 9:34 -
ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! We waited probably 15 min to sit in an empty restaurant- now I know why - we got up and left- I work in service industry- my grumpy little friend - I hope your pockets are empty because you earned every penny of that.

First time in Michigan! Came to outback to get a decent meal or so I thought. Some African American guy points at my wife to go back out while I wasn't looking. Turns out he has to sit us but seemed to have an attitude because they had about an hour to close. An hour! He took us to our table, we looked at the menu and that's when she told me how rude he was. The lady told him we left without ordering and he just rolls his eyes. People if you go to a place to make money make sure you deserve it! Treat people the way you want to be treated!

First of all the place is really pretty the lights are awesome! Since my flight was delayed I came right at the time of closing, so sorry about that but the flight was delayed for 4 hours from 6 pm and everything else was closed. The waiter graciously let me in and even though we were the last customers food was still hot and pretty good. They ran out of buns but then the chef found some more buns at the other restaurant (that's some determination) and they gave the burger free of charge! Awesome people there! Recommend for sure.
