18% service fee not disclosed on menu or posted in restaurant. Told it is a fee for the hotel, not the staff. Staff is great, too bad management is not.

Service was terrible. Sat for atleast 20 minutes before I had to go to the front desk of the hotel to see if anyone was working. Food was good

I wish I could give no stars my family ate here unfortunately I never got served while dining my daughter and my husband did and was able to somewhat eat and his wings were burned we did not complain at the time until I waited over 30 minutes for a pizza that was “burned” that Joan the cashier never brought out just told me they burned it and then she asked me to order something else instead so I ordered a salad and pretzels and had to wait over 40 minutes to get it after asking 2x on an update on my order the restaurant maybe had 12 ppl inside the entire hour and ten minutes I was waiting and EVERYONE ate before me I ended up with a to go because my family had been done and at checkout cashier added an 18% service charge but I had no service she was rude and very unprofessional saying she had served 100 ppl in 2 hours which is a lie I was there over an hour and ten minutes and 12 ppl were there the entire time so I am to believe she served 88 in the hour before we came. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE she did take $6.50 off my bill which was the tip I would have left IF THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. Very Upset And I Will NEVER RETURN I ASKED FOR MANAGEMENT AND WAS DENIED AND DID I MENTION WE WERE THE ONLY AFRICAN AMERICAN PATRONS ? DON’T COME HEAR TO EAT BLACK FOLKS ARE NOT WELCOME HIGHLY UPSET NEVER AGAIN AND I HOPE MANAGEMENT RESPONDS TO THIS REVIEW THERE HAS TO BE A CHANGE IN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILL SET ALSO WE WERE TOLD THAT A CERTAIN SECTION WAS CLOSED OFF AND HAD TO MOVE AND WHILE WE WERE WAITING OVER AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES FOR MY FOOD A CAUCASIAN FAMILY WAS ALLOWED TO SIT AND EAT IN THE AREA THAT WAS “CLOSED OFF” AND I FEEL LIKE THIS WAS RACIAL. HIGHLY DISGUSTED ? And the salad I gotten to replace the missing burnt pizza I gave to MY PREGNANT DAUGHTER (since I had lost my appetite) WAS NOT WASHED THE LETTUCE WAS FILTHY AND WAS THROWN OUT JUST ABSOLUTELY EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE DISGUSTING DISTURBING EXPERIENCE

The food was really good. the bartender I believe her name was Priscilla, was very nice. She was really attentive and quick with her service. Really cool little bar. I’ll definitely be back

Closed grill down early without notice
Priscilla gave us such a amazing service. Really made our night enjoyable and made us forget about any troubles we had throughout the day. We're gonna be here for the next 3 days and definitely coming back every night.

My toddler and I had to lodge for the night due to a flight delay. My tired toddler asked for a "yellow slooshie" and the waitress/bartender said OK, without any hesitation. She made my kiddos night and he still talks about it. The fish sandwich was amazing and the fries were really good!

I ate at the restaurant, and it was crowded on a Saturday night. There was one lady working the bar, and the floor. The wait was almost 20 minutes to order food. The drink was weak, but the food was good. After eating, and waiting almost 30 minutes for the waitress/bartender to come and give me the check, I had to go to the bar to cash out. Recommendation: Hire more staff. One waitress for the floor, and a bartender, please. Because, the price of the food, did not go down due to bare minimum staff, however, we the patrons are forced to wait, and show patience for the lady, because she’s one person. Improve staffing or close the restaurant down. Thanks

Amazing food, I recommend the Palm's Bourbon Burger and the Baked Salmon. Delicious dishes. Tastes like food from a high end restaurant in NYC.
