Priscilla gave us such a amazing service. Really made our night enjoyable and made us forget about any troubles we had throughout the day. We're gonna be here for the next 3 days and definitely coming back every night.

My toddler and I had to lodge for the night due to a flight delay. My tired toddler asked for a "yellow slooshie" and the waitress/bartender said OK, without any hesitation. She made my kiddos night and he still talks about it. The fish sandwich was amazing and the fries were really good!

I ate at the restaurant, and it was crowded on a Saturday night. There was one lady working the bar, and the floor. The wait was almost 20 minutes to order food. The drink was weak, but the food was good. After eating, and waiting almost 30 minutes for the waitress/bartender to come and give me the check, I had to go to the bar to cash out. Recommendation: Hire more staff. One waitress for the floor, and a bartender, please. Because, the price of the food, did not go down due to bare minimum staff, however, we the patrons are forced to wait, and show patience for the lady, because she’s one person. Improve staffing or close the restaurant down. Thanks

This place was absolutely amazing....the hotel itself is average but the restaurant is actually a hidden jem. They do cook meat with actual flame. The ribeye they make is cut weekly and is every bit as good as any chain restaurant. My son had the half pound burger and it was so good. I made him share..lol.....don't let the hotel itself fool you! Eat here and I guarantee you won't be disappointed!

Room was disgusting. A ghetto motel room on a truck stop would have been better. bathroom door knowb was off. connecting room door had no lock; hotel used a desk to block the other entrance. AC went on and off every few minutes all night long

The state of the room I was given upon arrival was absolutely disgusting and not in any kind of condition for someone to be able to relax in. There was food in the bed along with stains all over the mettress, the bathroom was dirty and the shower wasn’t even touchable.

No matter what you order they add 18% gratuity to the bill. Then they tell you that doesn’t count as a tip for the bartender/server. So my $52 dollar meal ended up being $75 after tip and gratuity.

I had prebooked and prepaid for a room at this location as I had an early morning flight out of Detroit Airport. I contacted the hotel the day of my arrival to let them know that I will be checking in late, apprx 10pm. They said as long as I arrived prior to 2am, it was fine. When I arrived, they "lost" my reservation due to system issues, and charged me full price plus an extra 25 dollars for security deposit. They would not honour my printed out reservation or the price that I had prepaid. They cancelled it themselves and told me to contact Wyndham Rewards to take it up with them. After working all day and driving over 3 hours, I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. In the morning I contacted Wyndham Rewards and after an hour on the phone, there was absolutely nothing they could do to honour the price that I had booked the hotel at. I am a current owner of the Wyndham properties and this is totally unacceptable in every way. I am pissed off and will let the world know what kind of customer service or lack of, that Wyndham Rewards has. Never again will I book anything thru Wyndham.

Idk why there’s so many bad reviews because it honestly was fine. Does it need a revamp? Yes. But it was clean, the beds were clean, and there wasn’t dust on anything. It served it’s purpose. We showered, slept a bit, then jumped on the shuttle in the morning. The staff was friendly enough without being obnoxious. If I had another long layover, I’d stay here again.

The scariest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Took forever to check in and the staff is behind bullet proof glass. The atmosphere is very dark and sketchy. We missed our connecting flight so we had to stay here got here around 12 AM. our first room was part open/unlocked when we got to it and there was a gross white substance on the carpet so we got a different room because we were so disgusted, and that room was still very dirty just like the other one. And in both rooms the phone did not work and the AC did not work either. Felt very unsafe as a young adult daughter traveling with my mom, so we propped a chair on the door for added security. It’s a very gross and rundown hotel. Do not stay here.
