Not sure what was going on the day I stopped by. 2:30pm on a Friday and the display coolers were empty and there were no menus to be found so I just assumed they were closed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was very hungry, but could not finish the food. Chicken tenters were like a rubber, pork roll smelled bad. I hope I will not have stomach problems.

Stuck at the airport on a nationwide ground stop and saw this place. They offer an iced white mocha and since I love the one from Starbucks, decided to give this one a try. Not happy I did cause it tastes meh. Was expecting them to use a white mocha syrup/sauce but it was powder. POWDER!!!!!! One big NO!! Went to pay and on the board it says it's $5 but they charged me $6. I do get a flight attendant discount and even with that it was $5.76. Whatever. I will say tho, the girl who made my drink was very nice. Answered all my lame questions and was very helpful. I need to get names next time cause she was lovely. So thank you for being a kind individual. All in all tho, wouldn't order from here again. The taste ain't it.

Other people are saying prices are bad, but it's comparable or cheaper than Potbelly's across from it. It's normal for airport prices. Got a hot breakfast sandwich made in front of me and a latte for $15. And the person working there was really nice.

if i have a choice i wont buy this today u can't eat freaking overcook you can't even eat maybe 1 strip of this 4! on top of is expensive i understand is in the airport but my god people know not overcooked!
Virginia was a one woman show - taking & fulfilling orders and working 2 cash registers to make sure that customers could get to their flights on time. And all with a smile. What a gem. Papa Joe's, please treat her well, that kind of attitude is hard to find!

Walked all the way down the concourse to dine near our gate only to discover both Embers and Papa Joe's Dining Areas are closed. No hours posted.

Ordered a hot cappaccino drink. I was shocked when I picked up the cup to find it so light in weight. The cup was less than half full with the remainder of the cup being froth. When I questioned, I was told by the batista, that's how he was trained and thought it was odd to only fill the cup halfway. I asked if he could add to it or exchange for a different drink but was told no. I asked for a refund but was refused even though I hadn't taken a sip nor was the drink to my liking. When I requested a manager, I was told no one was available. Absolutely worst! Don't go to this place. There only saving grace is they are one of the few food places the Delta concourse B.

Papa Joe's is pretty much the only option on the B/C concourse of Detroit's airport with the exception of Chili's and Potbelly. The food is overpriced and just not worth the quality. You can get the much better quality at the same prices over at Plum Market in the A Concourse.
