Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza

Terrible service, line of 12 people, 1 cashier, placed my order, waited 30min the everyone got their orders, my order was lost and they ran out of food. Meanwhile no one wanted to offer any solutions. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs.

New owner is great, looks like he treats his staff well and is always right in the thick of things during a rush.

I love the loaded fries and ordered some for pickup as a rare treat. They definitely loaded them up which was nice, but the fries themselves were old, hard, and were terrible even with all the toppings. So disappointed.

Just tried it for the first time. Definitely coming back. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Going to be trying the chicken next for sure. Definitely recommend!

First time ordering their pizza. Before I was done eating, I was already thinking about the next time. I wasn’t sure about the spicy tandoori, but wow…Well, done!

I grabbed a large bacon and pepperoni pizza and they’re 12 piece chicken tender with biscuits. Food was delicious They forgot two of my tenders, but the food was so good. I didn’t even care.

Best chicken ever. Love ordering it fresh. Only way to make it a real treat. Blueberry biscuits 5*

They have really good food, I love their chicken and biscuits with saroki sauce so good. 😊

Super disappointed. Preordered and went tk pick up my order. They are like it just came up. Then they look at the biscuits and are like oh we only have 1 (ordered 4) now mind you its 5pm....its not before close. I told them I could wait I was early. 20 min after it was suppose to be ready the biscuits finally are done to find out that they got my wedges and strips ready when I first got there and they have been sitting the whole time getting cold. Then they lied to me when I called them out (said they just packed it) even tho I watched them do it. Got home which is 5 mins away and strips and wedges are luke warm. Super expensive waste. Prob wont be coming back.

First time ordering and had a bad experience that will keep me away.

Ordered an 8 piece family meal which they said they would get ready. Waited around in the store for 20-25 minutes when I saw them finally get some chicken out of the fryer then immediately serve it to people who had just walked in. After I saw this, I asked for an ETA on my meal and was met with blank stares...

So I'm waiting around for almost half an hour and all the employees just forgot about my order and didn't notice me waiting. By that point, they again didn't have enough chicken to even make my meal due to the people they decided to serve before me, despite them walking in almost half an hour after. I had to wait an additional 5 or so minutes once everyone realized I was waiting on an order.

The lack of communication, coordination, and awareness from the employees was baffling. I would've loved to have a good experience so I can come back, but I will not be.
