I stopped in for a coffee while traveling early Sunday morning.
For the DTW Starbucks it wasn't busy and they had tons of staff. They were still incredibly slow and make no orders.
I ordered a small latte how it came off the menu. It took almost 10 minutes.
Also it's Starbucks so the quality of the coffee is subpar.
I get Starbucks probably twice a year at most and only out of desperation.
I would avoid this particular location unless you're desperate.

They took too long and let everyone go before me, then they ran out of coffee so i had to wait longer. After that they made my drink wrong and half of the drink was whipped cream. It was supposed to be a carmal frappe. I spent 8 dollars on this bye

Coffees are really overpriced and staffs are unfriendly. I should’ve canceled my orders. You might visit there once because you are a fan of Starbucks, but not anymore.

Denise made my day!! I only had two hours of sleep and thought I lost my phone and the staff was just the sweetest. She recommended a delicious drink I’ve never had too! The service was fast, kind, warm and so pleasant! I felt like I was with family. Round of applause for the ladies working on April 7, 2024 at 8:30am! Love Starbucks so much!

I ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade at this store because the one in the B gates was out of the lemonade. Except I’ve had this order many times and I know what it tastes like with and without the lemonade, and this time they definitely didn’t make it how I ordered it. The drink was still good but I wish they made me what I wanted because now walking all that way wasn’t even worth it
I only order 3 things at Starbucks. My cold drink: The Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino made with 1 scoop of Matcha, and Almond Milk Double blended for a smoother blend. The green matcha color in my frappe makes a good St. Patrick's Day drink. My hot drink: Grande White Chocolate Mocha, with Blonde Expresso and Almond Milk, or sometimes I get it made with oatmilk. And Pumkin Bread to add to either one of my favorite made drinks. Give them a try! Keep in mind that different Starbuck locations or workers make my drinks good and just the way I like them and other Starbuck locations and worker have messed them up and I had to take it back to get a do over.

They should just close the location. My wife ordered kids drinks, we were informed they do not have the kids sized cups.When my little one could not hold her apple juice because it was too cold and in a plastic cup, I went back to ask for a small paper cup. Would you know it, it's a kids sized paper cup. The "barrista" gave me a look as if I was asking for something unreasonable.I drink a lot of Cold Brew and the only time I had to wait 20 minutes for my drink was due to the nitro needing to be changed. The Cold Brew barely had any ice and was almost room temperature.Think this location should be an easy pass for anyone traveling though Detroit.

Rude service and especially bad for a good morning. If you’re having a bad day, best not to say anything, instead of ruining all passengers’ days. They were also not warming up the food? No reason given.
