I only order 3 things at Starbucks. My cold drink: The Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino made with 1 scoop of Matcha, and Almond Milk Double blended for a smoother blend. The green matcha color in my frappe makes a good St. Patrick's Day drink. My hot drink: Grande White Chocolate Mocha, with Blonde Expresso and Almond Milk, or sometimes I get it made with oatmilk. Both of the Starbucks in A gate area are wedged into stores and thus the “flow design†isn't great (a bit claustrophobic for my taste). I think Starbucks may need to attend to their airport franchises in terms of training and service (in general) and this store illustrates the potential for brand damage. But there is a big demand, so maybe staff are just burnt out. I would recommend going instead to Illy near gate 40- Italian espresso drinks, and less hassle,...
