I’m writing about a server there her name was Victoria, She was very rude and dismissive. I had a concern about a barista drawing an unhappy face On my trenta Starbucks cup when I went to go get my tea. I called to let the managers know if you’re going to draw a face on a cup. It could at least be happy. You never know what someone is going through. I called to let someone know, but not to get a free tea but you just let someone know so it won’t happen to the next person. They offered me a free tea so about a week later I went back up there to get the free tea. I went back up there and spoke to Victoria and she said that the manager would never offer me a free tea for anything like that and they don’t honor anything like that even if they did, you have to come get it a day or two after the situation happened. She told me my situation didn’t happen at all and that I misled the barista would never do anything like that just completely dismissed everything that I said she was so rude so I called corporate on her and I also called her manager the next day and let them know about how rude, unhelpful, extremely dismissive no empathy. Hopefully management have something to say about her attitude and how she should treat people in a big corporation like Starbucks that type of service That she displayedshould not be allowed.

Had son pick up order. My cappuccino was really a latte. No sleeves on drinks, no stoppers to keep them warm and prevent spilling. No straw for the frappacino. Best of all when set the drink carrier on the counter. The frappacino fell over. Worst service from Starbucks in this area.

This is one of the better Starbucks I’ve been too. My drinks always come out tasting great and the baristas are friendly.

I don't usually write reviews but the past few times I've gone to this starbucks have been terrible. The workers are laughing and having too good of a time to be taking over 20 minutes to get me 2 drinks and 2 holiday desserts. The girl who took my order didn't even know what she was doing and looked annoyed at me when she didnt understand what my mom wanted. The drive thru isn't open so there is honestly no excuse for it to take so long with around 6-10 employees behind the counter.

This location does an exceptionally great job of wasting people's time. It took nearly 20 minutes for me to order ONE coffee with only ONE car ahead of me this morning 12/23/25. Customers drive off all the time here and going inside isnt any faster. I wont be returning - the drinks are inconsistent taste wise for $5-8 but this location is too SLOW...meanwhile there's a Tim Hortons down the road and your drink will cost $3-5.

I always felt like this Starbucks was great until the last few times I’ve gone. Today I thought my wait would finally be reasonable, as they finally got the drive thru order fixed, but I still waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru line for a mobile order. And then when i left, I found out my order wasn’t made correctly. Instead of the salted caramel cream, it was plain cream, and my cold brew was extremely watered down. Very disappointed.

I'm military visiting here & this is the WORST customer service ever, the 2 blacks girls were extremely rude. My order was incorrect & I was only trying to correct it. The one who made my drink was so nasty, she instantly got defensive, walked to the back then came out with her coat on, speedwalking, threw her headset down, clocked out on the iPad & walked out. Maybe she was having a bad day but that's not my fault. I tried to speak w/Victoria because of how rude the girl was to me as she was counting money & she told me she's not taking any customers right now knowing I'm not ordering anything & she heard how nasty the girl was to me. They were the only 2 at the counter so who was I going to speak with. Devin was amazing by the way. Fire the other 2, keep Devin! I repeat, fire them & keep Devin!
It's real nice to be greeted with warmth and friendliness, especially on cold mornings. The staff are always cheerful and kind and my orders are always correct. Couldn't ask for much more than that. 5/5

Ordered just 1 drink caramel macchiato it took 15 mins. And start buck was not crowded. Please fasten up your service.

Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees, while 3 of 4 employees concentrated on cleaning up ( they closed in 30 minutes) while only one employee was making any drinks. Which might be fine if he could make more than one drink in 5 minutes after 15 minutes I asked if our drinks were coming and one of the cleaning employees said ours were next...the guy slowly making drinks chimmed in to say there's a lot of drinks and if I don't like it I can get a refund. I waited another 5 minutes in which time he slowly finished one drink for a drive thru order we finally just got a refund and left very disappointed in both the speed and customer service at this location. They definitely need to be trained on customer service and how to help fellow employees instead of concentrating on getting out early after 9. again my visit started at 8:30 pm on a Friday night you close at 9 DO BETTER!!!

I’ve been coming here weekly since they opened and it’s by far the best Starbucks around even my dog is a fan. The drinks are always consistent. The staff is amazing especially Alyssa. She goes above and beyond. This location definitely stands out.

The service and atmosphere here are great, but the consistency with DoorDash orders really needs improvement. Every time I order coffee through DoorDash, the size is wrong — I’ll ask for a venti and get a barely filled cup, or order a grande and receive a tall. About two weeks ago, I ordered a coffee that looked like someone had been messing with it; it wasn’t even close to full. It’s disappointing because I actually like this Starbucks, but the quality control for delivery orders needs serious attention
