Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees, while 3 of 4 employees concentrated on cleaning up ( they closed in 30 minutes) while only one employee was making any drinks. Which might be fine if he could make more than one drink in 5 minutes after 15 minutes I asked if our drinks were coming and one of the cleaning employees said ours were next...the guy slowly making drinks chimmed in to say there's a lot of drinks and if I don't like it I can get a refund. I waited another 5 minutes in which time he slowly finished one drink for a drive thru order we finally just got a refund and left very disappointed in both the speed and customer service at this location. They definitely need to be trained on customer service and how to help fellow employees instead of concentrating on getting out early after 9. again my visit started at 8:30 pm on a Friday night you close at 9 DO BETTER!!!

I’ve been coming here weekly since they opened and it’s by far the best Starbucks around even my dog is a fan. The drinks are always consistent. The staff is amazing especially Alyssa. She goes above and beyond. This location definitely stands out.

The service and atmosphere here are great, but the consistency with DoorDash orders really needs improvement. Every time I order coffee through DoorDash, the size is wrong — I’ll ask for a venti and get a barely filled cup, or order a grande and receive a tall. About two weeks ago, I ordered a coffee that looked like someone had been messing with it; it wasn’t even close to full. It’s disappointing because I actually like this Starbucks, but the quality control for delivery orders needs serious attention

The baristas were so sweet! Not only does this establishment have such a welcoming cafe, but the service and drinks were amazing. This is one of the best shaken espressos that I've ever had from another barista. The lobby is clean and there is plenty of space. For a location right outside the airport, the atmosphere is very calm and inviting. A great spot to study!

Love this location. I was very happy to have a Starbucks near my area in general but this location is top tier. Alyssa is great. Whenever i come in she addresses me by name and always has a smile on her face with great energy. DP is also great. Great energy and conversation. Makes the best drinks as well. This Starbucks is underrated in my opinion

Paid almost $8 for a drink filled with ice. Contacted manager on shit at that time & was promised a remake of the drink once I came back to the area since I reside in royal oak, I'm also an Uber driver & was dropping a client off at that time & decided to stop here to purchase a wake up drink! The manager advised me he would place my name in a book/sheet/ list, etc. so that the next time I was in the area I could have my drink remade! Well the manager didn't honor his word & I was treated as if I made this up when I had proof of the date & purchase, still no type of accommodations were made. Please inform no ice or you will be paying $8 for mostly ice you could've made at home!

Always get my espresso fix here, very nice staff. Just read article about improving wait times. If you want people to come in instead of relying on online orders, then serve them asap, that way you will create customer loyalty and personal connection. Also, get nice comfy chairs and a fireplace o:)
