I frequent this Starbucks about 3-4 times a week because I work near the airport. This used to be the best Starbucks I have visited, but lately the staff keep forgetting about my drink after I order and I wait 10 minutes before asking and they just say "oh sorry" and then make it. I don't remember the girls names that this keeps happening with, but its quite frustrating. Happens like twice a week. I might just stop coming to this location.

02/25/25 8-9am. I was there to pick up my mobile order and wanted to use the restroom to wash my hands. Then, I asked the restroom code barista who was using the phone(texting) for the code. She seems to be very annoyed that I asked for the code because she was very busy texting. In addition, shes been consistently busy with her phone.
I assume this location is a place where you have to feel uncomfortable using the bathroom

I hate to leave a bad review because honestly, this Starbucks location makes their drinks the best compared to other locations, the employees are friendly, and I've always gotten great service at the drive-thru, but the issue is that they're always BLASTING music inside. I don't mind some background music but it's so loud that it's hard to have a conversation with someone sitting right next to me. I can't listen to my own music or take a call here because I hear their music through my headphones. I'd love to sit and enjoy a nice coffee here or have a pastry during my lunch break but I've honestly been avoiding this location lately cause its just so loud.

Every time I come here they give the regular coffee after asking couple of times , it doesn’t have cream and sugar when I ask for it and this time this lady filled it so much it spilled on all my clothes. Simple operational in efficiency as they can’t handle the volume of customers which is normal at a Starbucks in am. Truly frustrating
