They closed the doors at 8:45. I had gotten off work late, and was very hungry. I worked 12 hours today, and Subway couldn't stay open for 15 mins? I can give them the benefit of doubt, maybe they were tired and wanted to go home 🤷♀️

He managed multiple orders efficiently while keeping everything clean and organized. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the experience great—I would definitely return to this location because of him.

Seriously the best customer service out of everywhere i’ve had fast food. They’ve called me after an online order to ask what flavor of cookie I wanted, since they were out. Gentleman today brought me out a cup of ice because he didn’t have a cold pop available. Food always fresh and made quickly. Very friendly staff

Order online and pick up on my way to work. First few times orders were perfect. Started tipping through the app and now service went down. 9/23 order, I ordered 3 cookies. When I got to work to put my stuff in the refrigerator, there were no cookies. Today’s order, I felt the bag to make sure cookies were in there. I get to work and there are only two instead of three. I think I will start ordering from Wayne rd and Van Born to see if service is better. I shouldn’t have to double check everything in my order when I order 45 minutes in advance.

There were two employees working when I went the guy was super nice but the girl working was a little odd she kept going into the bathroom and at one point she had another girl go in with her that was a random girl that walked in. Kinda made me uncomfortable and when my son and I were done eating I needed to use the restroom but they were still there. Overall the dining space was clean.
