Seriously the best customer service out of everywhere i’ve had fast food. They’ve called me after an online order to ask what flavor of cookie I wanted, since they were out. Gentleman today brought me out a cup of ice because he didn’t have a cold pop available. Food always fresh and made quickly. Very friendly staff

Order online and pick up on my way to work. First few times orders were perfect. Started tipping through the app and now service went down. 9/23 order, I ordered 3 cookies. When I got to work to put my stuff in the refrigerator, there were no cookies. Today’s order, I felt the bag to make sure cookies were in there. I get to work and there are only two instead of three. I think I will start ordering from Wayne rd and Van Born to see if service is better. I shouldn’t have to...
