I usually do not write reviews but tonight one of the employees really set me off, (older white lady) was taking my order, my grandmother DOES not like ice in her soda and I made that very clear at the speaker. So when she gives me pepsi with ice, i kindly said, oh this isnt supposed to have ice. She huffed and puffed real loud and slammed the window on me as if i was a inconvenience to her when she messed up… The last time I came through the drive-through she had a attitude, but I just figured maybe she had a bad day. This lady is pure miserable, And does not need to be working in customer.

I ordered 3 cheesy double beef burritos, 2 with just meat and cheese and one regular- all add jalapeño. All of the burritos were just meat and cheese with no jalapeño and the tortillas were clearly not warmed at all. When I went back through to have this corrected they only gave me the one regular burrito add jalapeño and wete very short with me.

Worst bathroom I have ever been in. There was pee all over the seat and floor. There was toilet paper everywhere. Just filthy. The food was fresh, they messed up the order but I didn't complain. Fast service. As long as you go during the day. If you go later in the evening it takes 20 minutes or more to get through the drive through since they only serve one car at a time.

No matter how many times I give this location the benefit of the doubt they screw up. If you the food you actually ordered DO NOT GO HERE. If you want your food hot and tastey DO NOT GO HERE. If only the CEOs knew how crappy some of these independently owned TBells were ran. Closed lobby mad employees when you have to walk through drive-thru on foot Because of height restriction. Lobby closed at 430 in the afternoon… makes sense.
Talking to ai robot machine at drive thru I couldn’t edit my order the way I wanted so once I got to a real person at the window she acted like I couldn’t edit my order the way I wanted just terrible service
