This Tim Hortons (Middlebelt & Ecorse) is the most consistent coffee shop around. I been coming here nearly every morning for years and I'm always in & out. They're fast, friendly, accurate and the coffee just tastes better than anywhere else!

Doesn't know what a chia tea latte is and when I explained it's chai tea with steamed milk she belittled me while on the mic and tried to ring it up as something else costing me over 6 dollars. I immediately cancelled my order and drove away. I've had multiple chia tea lattes at tim Hortons and they're aren't over 6 dollars. Horrible customer service. I'll never be back.

The lady taking our order Larissa was extremely rude and disrespectful. After we mentioned it and asked if we did something wrong she said she “wasn’t going to apologize for being me.” Hopefully management can see this and help her work on some customer service.

This is the ONLY Tim Hortons that NEVER had the ingredients for the Solar Splash and now they don't have the ingredients for the pink amber. It's very frustrating when a customer travel to a store more than 3 times only to not be able to get what's being advertised

My experience was negatively impacted by the way the cashier treated me. It seemed as though they brought personal issues to work and projected that frustration onto customers. I strongly recommend that corporate or upper management conduct unannounced visits or send in mystery shoppers to observe how staff are interacting with the public. It's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, and it's something that truly needs to be addressed.

Unfortunately l just needed my caffeine fix and ordered a senior coffee cost me 2.50 won't be back. Hint McDonald's offers .80 cents for theirs

Be careful going here. I went through the drive thru the other night. I used my card, they told me it didn’t go through so I paid cash. I looked on my bank statement and it had been charged so I paid twice. I even said something to the manager and she said my card hadn’t been charged when I was trying to show her my account. Beware
This place had me in a whole bunch of people waiting for 2 hours when clearly there was staff there and clearly the sign says open at 4:00 a.m. and then finally after an hour and a half somebody says we're not going to be open till 6:00 because of staff when there is clearly over two people there the morning time people they've done this multiple times they don't do nothing they complain and don't want to do their job all I wanted was a coffee something that takes 2 seconds I give this place a thumbs down for every time I come here you will never see me again make sure everybody knows that this place is garbage
