Be careful going here. I went through the drive thru the other night. I used my card, they told me it didn’t go through so I paid cash. I looked on my bank statement and it had been charged so I paid twice. I even said something to the manager and she said my card hadn’t been charged when I was trying to show her my account. Beware

This place had me in a whole bunch of people waiting for 2 hours when clearly there was staff there and clearly the sign says open at 4:00 a.m. and then finally after an hour and a half somebody says we're not going to be open till 6:00 because of staff when there is clearly over two people there the morning time people they've done this multiple times they don't do nothing they complain and don't want to do their job all I wanted was a coffee something that takes 2 seconds I give this place a thumbs down for every time I come here you will never see me again make sure everybody knows that this place is garbage

I work at the airport and I'm grateful that there is a Tim Hortons nearby. That being said, this has got to be the worst Tim Hortons in the entire world. You know the saying, "made with love?" Well, everything I've ever gotten at this location (if available) is made with complacency or perhaps even hatred. Just seems like a bunch of people who hate their job. I try to be extra friendly but it makes no difference. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient location for me.

They said they would make my breakfast wraps “just this one time” because this location doesn’t offer them despite them being on the menu. They would hand me one thing then say have a good day, when I questioned about my other items, they would hand me one more thing, then repeat the process until I finally had everything. I will not be back to this location

TRASH ABSOLUTELY TRASH.. when I first started going to this location it was......ok but the last 2 or 3 times has been trash, I went this morning and it was packed but the line was moving fine got my food and drink, took a drink of my iceed coffee and it tasted burnt not the worst I have had to deal with but the took a bite of my sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it tasted like rotten meat.
Not the first time this has happened to me at this location so I will not be going back to this location witch is a shame cuz I spend 20 to 40 a day 5 days a week feening my self and coworkers and this location is the only one on my drive to work
The guy in the drive-thru tries to get you out of there as quickly as possible even when you aren't done with your order. He gets combative and angry because you aren't done when he wants you to be.

Yall make me mad in the mornings (Not All The Time but 20% of the time.” If I’m paying make sure my stuff is right. And I know it’s the staff that barely listens lol.. I know I’m not the problem cause I have a free breakfast meal from the manager cause my order was messed dry af before and I’ve been back 4 times after that PAYING for my meals and only 2 of the times the food was good. Just please get my stuff right in the morning. Working at a warehouse I NEED to be happy in the morning lol.
