My daughter and I used the drive through at store # 915675 in Romulus Heather took our order and prepared our meal she did an outstanding job with customer service and I am taking the time so that she may be recognized for it. Heather and I were building my order and I noticed she had switched two sandwiches around one in a combo one separately. This ultimately saved me a couple of dollars. And for that I am grateful. All too often i witness poor service. People as customers are 30 times more likely to make a complaint over a single complaint. Please give Heather recognition for her great customer service and dedication to her customers. I will be a returning customer. Thank you -chris

Poor Management. They charge 30 cents for a cup of water. I am actively buying food, I can't get water with the food I'm paying for? Very unhappy and won't be spending money at this location in the future

The store is really unprofessional. The manager had three different people on one position. People couldn’t even do their task straight genuinely the manager needs to be checked. All I’ve heard is rumors and comments about this manager, and I’ve seen why. Let’s add I forgot their ice literally looked like their was mold in it food all ways out of task

They are so heavy handed with the cream it’s literally ridiculous. Everytime I order 1 or 2 creams in my iced coffee, they literally give me a drink that looks like a half gallon of milk. 1 or 2 creams should not make a large ice coffee completely white and taste like straight milk.
I had never been in a Tim Horton's before and was really pleased with the simple, clean inviting atmosphere. I came here to grab a coffee and kill some time before I took my daughter to the Smart bus stop, so she could get to the airport without my having to navigate that. Worked out great. The donuts sure looked delicious, though I can't eat those. Nice, well spaced seating with plenty of windows. Looks like a good place to study or work a bit, if you just want to get out of the house a while. I would definitely come back here. No complaints.

Apparently, the re-stock truck comes Monday and Wednesday, so when we came by Monday morning there was no expresso, no vanilla syrup, no wraps, no bacon and cheese egg bites. The workers were apologetic and polite and helped us find alternatives. If you're coming on a Tuesday, it's probably top notch!
