The new hires have really made me rethink about not going here, i got back from vacation and stopped in and since it has been a good experience stopping in everyday when specific people are working, I usually go here everyday depending on if I have time at lunch or when I'm heading home. I've noticed some new hires that are making this place feel uplifting when you come in and don't have nasty attitudes. A new face, mixed woman with a tattoo on her hand who actually stops and engages in conversations with me when she can and took the time to tell me options for things to substitute in my smoothie, she's there in the mornings when I stop in and I've seen her once in the afternoon. The rest of the morning shift are great and do not have nasty attitudes like some of the workers in the afternoon, the new manager seems really nice and always makes me laugh. Another new hire white lady in the morning very professional wuick and kind. Viv on the afternoon shift has always been a good worker keeping a postive attitude. I will say there is really good workers but on some days I notice they are stress when working with others who are just standing there and not fully working as a team with them. I gave 5 stars for the good workers but I want to mention I stopped in last week after work and seen the worker who actually engages in a conversation with me and we chatted for a bit I noticed most of the workers standing there talking doing nothing while this lady kept making orders and still talking to me I could see how over it she was with the team but she was still professional and kind to me and the other customers still in the store waiting. I think some more new hires will really help this place out.

Zee, Vivian, and the new GM are absolute sweathearts, and are Very welcoming, and sweet. Kind, yet familiar faces are always a win! HOWEVER I refuse to go there and spend another dime because of the attitudes, and messiness amongst 3 of their employees…… whom attitudes are utterly disgusting! 2 black girls, And a newer (lying) white guy with brown hair. They need to hire new people or retrain them on how to treat customers WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE, starting drama, and how to be kind. Customer service is everything, and without good customer service your business will crumble! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT, until upper manager “cleans house!”

I watched an employee make my food and put it in the oven. She then goes to touch raw bacon to cook, then go grabs my food out of the oven and wrap it up, without changing her gloves. I politely ask the associate that gave me my food for them to remake because of what I saw. She politely says ok, then has the cook remake my food. The cook remakes it then gives me my food. I say thank you and she just stares at me as if I'm crazy and in the wrong.I'm writing this review not the fact of food safety but because of her attitude. Do better.

Visiting town and this place is super cute! The chicken pesto flatbread was so yummy! Shoutout to Aaron (I think that's who it was) for making a super delicious smoothie! Yum!

Monday, November 13, 2023. Approximately, 1:25pm. Service was terrible. There were two employees when I arrived. Neither one of them greeted me or even acknowledged that I was standing at the register. I stood at the register at least 5 minutes while they did everything but looked my way. When the employee that took my order was done with what she was doing, just approached the register and looked at me. Didn't say sorry for the wait, may I help you, nothing?!?! I was so confused. With that being said, the smoothies I ordered were delicious. A note to management. Please work on customer service.

Great environment now! Daisha the manager Is Very kind & sweet. They have brought back employees from the old original crew. Kind, yet familiar faces are always a win for me! Smoothies are made with love! The staff is very personable, and makes your smoothies immediately after ordering. They know that most of there customers are working in the area and want to get them in&out quick to return to work. The prices are a little higher here, but that’s because it’s near an airport. They location is always clean!

Came on a Monday afternoon around noon. There were 2 workers in the building and about 20 people in line. The busy meter stated “less busy than usual”. I am a rewards member so rather than waiting in line I placed my order online and took a seat to wait for my order. As soon as she was able the cashier started assisting in making the smoothies(one worker had 4 smoothies blending at once). My order did come out late, but as soon as the worker noticed I was waiting for my order she asked the name and promptly got me my smoothie and tea(still fresh). The workers were very sweet, but from what I heard Mondays being busy is a typical thing, not sure why they wouldn’t schedule more workers as to not overload their scheduled workers. Hopefully they can fix it soon, I know the stress of being understaffed in food service. As is typical with food chains, the last star is management based issue rather than workers.

My order was wrong i couldn't even eat the food when it was made wrong i got sick. I used to work there do normally they are good about stuff but told my husband they wouldn't fix our order

This restaurant is unclean with flies. The workers do not wear hair nets and have improper use of gloves. To top it off the workers are rude with poor customer service. They got our order wrong then tried to blame us. Even after having to remake the order they tried to not give us everything we paid for. I tried to address these issues to the manager but she didn't want to hear it. she just was like go online and tell them. This was an overall horrible experience!!!

Did my survey while I waited for my smoothie, we were served and my husband's was about an inch lower than mine. Why would they even think about serving a smoothie that was not full. Staff was not friendly, did not greet customers. Usually the staffs great .. where did they go? We want them back!
