Went to get breakfast. Ordered a breakfast baconator. They had me reverse to get off the censor to wait. They took 5 minutes to cook my food. I got it and went home. When I opened my sandwich I thought it was the wrong one. There was almost no bacon. Not even enough to be called one strip. The bun was cold for some reason. What were they doing making me wait for my food?

This place is deplorable! 25 min to get through the drive-thru with only 5 cars. Rude employees. Asked for no salt fries, got old limp salt covered fries. Sandwhich was missing half the toppings and was swimming in mayo. No ketchup for nasty fries. No lid for my drink, and got shorted 27 cents on my change.
This place SUCKS!!!!!!!
P.S. if you go inside, you'll see the foul kitchen too.

Made a pickup order and she handed me my drink then made me back up in the drive through to wait on my sandwich because she didn’t want me sitting at the window… No one else was in the drive through at all when I pulled to the window. I tried moving forward passed the window because another person arrived in the line and she continued to tell me I need to back up. Then they moved me to a mobile pickup spot which they should’ve done at first. They then continued to give the person behind me their order but I haven’t gotten anything. Absolutely makes zero sense. The service is just not good at this location!!!

ill just get in line with the bad reviews
the food is subpar at best but the real problem is the workers and their horrible attitude
after ordering nuggets with blue cheese and the attitude about that she hands me the bag with no sauce when i asked where it was she quickly told me they were out i asked for ranch and the person behind her handed her 2 then made a face as if he was put out by the request
if you do not like your job find a new one where people do not have to put up with your childish attitudes if i could go below 1 star i would

This Wendy’s location is repeatedly disappointing. It is always slow; there is always one window open where they want payment and to give you your food. For whatever reason, they insist on having you back up behind them he window while you’re waiting on food, which in turn backs up the people in the drive thru to accommodate for their slow pace on delivering food. There are pickup/curbside spots available to prevent this problem, but that requires the staff to walk outside and they’re too lazy for that. Today, I was told the drive thru was closed due to shift change at 2:47 PM…I’ve never been told that in my entire life. Do better.

Under cooked hamburger requested a refund the employee lied and said she was the g manager she was not the gm not only was she rude but was argumentative , inconsiderate worst customer service do not eat hear or order out using door dash fortunately the manager Angie tried to correct the problem
Angie was professional however the rest of the staff needs some correction and additional training a corrective action is needed. 25-30 mins trying to resolve issue over a undercooked hamburger employee come on you can do better so disappointed

Unfortunately Burger was under cooked raw and cold in the middle The so called manager and staff were rude inconsiderate and unprofessional not to mention unwilling to correct or resolve that issue.

Ordered new mushroom burger combo, fries w/ no salt & drink from overnight shift (11 p.m.). Wanted a shake but was told that the machine was down. Fries were clumped together with a little salt. Was given a plain burger. Just got back in the country and had to be back to airport to pick up wife. I’ll never revisit location. I know that it may be tedious, but c’mon. Cashier was on personal call….good luck

Came here to eat dinner before our flight. There were four of us standing in the lobby for 5 minutes and no one helped us. Three different employees looked at us but didn't even say a word to us. We left to find a place that would actually take our order

Drive thru worker handed me a drink with a massive crack in the cup. The drink leaked all over me and my vehicle. The drive thru worker said nothing…and I mean from the time I pulled up to the time I left she said nothing. No I’m sorry…no thank you… Does this represent the Wendy’s brand?

Exceptional service. Sabrina went above and beyond even tho it was apparent that she was having some minor issues behind the counter. Thank you for making the customer first, regardless of the problems you were having.
Oh, by the way love the Krabby Patty combo!
