This Wendy's has had a hard time keeping staff and good service. Place is a little run down and needs some TLC. Seems to always have different new hires all the time and are always short handed. Service is slow and food seems just thrown together no care to presentation. Food is very pricey for a fast food chain as well. Due to hotel next door make sure to lock your vehicles up as well. In a great location but needs new management and possible ownership/ leadership.

Just received the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time. It’s bad out there in fast food. We all know it’s been bad since before Covid, but it gets worse as the years go by. Young lady handed me my mediocre food and watered down soft drink without even saying a word. She just scowled at me. Didn’t even give me a straw. People give their money to anyone nowadays for convenience, but I don’t. I won’t be returning.

Have you ever tried to eat cheese fries without a fork? Have you ever tried to eat a frosty without a straw or a spoon? Have you ever tried to eat fast food in a vehicle waiting at an airport with no napkins? WELL swing by middle belt Wendy's, in Detroit, where you can stare in the face of a cashier, who doesn't say one word offer a receipt or anything normal but just gruns and stare at you until you drive off... WHAT A JOKE.

One of the worse Wendy's I've ever been to. I drive by there every day going to and from work. Never crowded, always extremely slow. Luke warm to cold food, rude staff. I honestly don't know how or why this location stays in business. It's awful!

We flew in and were hungry so we stopped at Wendy's. It took 10 min for someone to take our order (they were not busy standing around)and when they did it was with Attitude! It them took almost 20 minutes for our order to be completed! There was only 2 other customers in the dining area and they had there food. Went to ask for more ice and I was given a double dog stair down like I had the nerve to ask for Ice!
This is the WORST WENDY'S I've ever been to and the FOOD SUCKED!
Something needs to be done at this restaurant like get people who want to work not just hang out!

I just ordered a $5 biggie bag my burger was dripping with ketchup went on the inside it was 3 males and 2 females working I asked for the manager he was making my sandwich he made me wait longer than 10th to remake my sandwich I told him I was calling corporate they are her unprofessional and rude the manager name was Detroit they need to hire better management that was ridiculous and made me late for work poor customer service at this location unstable staff working under poor leadership

I have never had such good service at Wendy’s. The gentlemen working tonight were friendly, funny, and efficient. My food was made with precision, they were fast, honestly my best Wendy’s experience ever. I almost wished I lived closer but, I live on a beach in Florida so your winters suck in comparison…

This is the best experience I have ever had at a Wendy’s. The order take instantly greeted me and sounded super polite. The cashier was efficient and I think the manager (he had a red shirt instead) nicely asked me to pull over and wait for my food. The worker that brought it out to my car was friendly, and I even saw him quickly pick up a piece of trash in the parking lot he easily could have ignored. Great staff all around!

Beyond slow!!! Sat for 40 mins for a BIGGIE BAG in the mobile order spot and there wasn't even a line! Absolutely bizarre

We sat in the drive thru for 15 mins without being greeted. My daughter had to use the bathroom so we went inside. Bathrooms were dirty and had toilet paper all over the floor. We waited at the front counter for 20 minutes watching the staff pour water on the floor. Not once were we greeted. No one said a word to us. They sure held conversations with the other staff tho. Didn’t try to take our order. I will NEVER go here again. After working in fast food for 20 years, I know what’s acceptable and what’s not. Everything about this establishment is unacceptable and I’m surprised they’re still operating.

I figured I'd get some breakfast before work. There were two cars in front of me and I waited in line for 20 minutes. I eventually had to leave for my shift. I didn't even get as far as to pay for what I ordered.
